Had a little mixup with one of the phones we shipped out n Christian stayed after closing working on the issue and Austin completed the transaction the following day. I would say both these young men were knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond with getting to the resolution. Great store, great employees”

I ported my number in from a competitor who was giving me too much run around and I’m grateful that Sylvia and her store manager were there for me in my time of need. “I was having a difficult time within the last 4 days of making calls due to not updating my software which I was not aware of moving forward. I called customer services with Boost Mobile and this issue was not resolved. I went to Boost Mobile on Olive and 51st Ave in Glendale and the employee by the name of Ash was able to come to a solution. He was very friendly, and understood all my concerns. Thanks to Ash I will remain a Boost Mobile customer.”
“This place was great! My iPhone screen wouldn't turn on after it fell at about 7:30 at night, and I really needed it for work/school the next day. Drove down to the mall and gave it to him and had it all fixed within an hour of it breaking. The $65 + tax wasn't bad either given the urgency and the service provided.”

“I have been coming to his shop for more than 5 years now and have bought many phones for people here. I have never had a problem with any of the phones, and he is the vest. I gave looked at other places, even the big stores, and they want double the price for the same phone he has. Save some money and support your local mom/pop shops.
I'll be around next week for another phone.

WE NEED MORE MARICELA'$. For sure ?. ?Edit:went by to see about locking my phone, forgot what it's called. Not sure if it was the sim or SD card. Alliah The Manager was working. This is by far the best cricket tandem Alliah and Maricela hands down. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly young ladies. And Gorgeous To boot. They both need a raise ASAP. Someone's going to steal them away from cricket with higher wages. I would if my business was going. We need more Maricelas and Alliahs, like triplets or something. Will be back when I'm in town. Maybe an upgrade next time.”
