“This review is for the sushi! I bought it knowing what to expect because grocery store sushi always sucks at least a little bit. But this was so good and fresh! If it was closer to home I’d go all the time!”
“This Fry's is nice. It's usually clean and stocked. I think for me it's the rude and impatient people that ship here. Mostly the 55+ slow down in the parking lot and slow down in the store. I can't tell you how many people I've had to ask to back up because they are too close or rushing down the aisle like their shopping list is more important.
Also I feel like the seafood section needs to be cleaned and sterilized a little better. The fish always smells like it's already bad or a couple days away from being bad. As well as expired items, they need to be taken care of appropriately because I definitely don't like buying expired food. And it's happened to me a couple times. Which is why I now check the dates on everything.
I do love how self checkout employees put stickers on items that can't go in a bag. If only Walmart could catch on to this simple trick.
The majority of employees I run into are super helpful and nice. And I love how self checkout employees don't hover. I do wish prices were cheaper not everyone is a fan of digital coupons. Half the time I try using digital coupons it never works and that's frustrating. Let's just stick with the cards and alternate IDs you make everyone have.”

“The pharmacists are always great at answering the phone even when busy and letting me know if they received my prescribed meds faxed to them or not. The staff is always helpful. I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Mel at Fry’s! She absolutely saved my son’s birthday. We showed up with balloons and no pump (rookie mistake ?), and instead of leaving us stranded, Mel came to the rescue. She grabbed an air pump and went above and beyond to blow up all of my son’s balloons for his birthday banner.
Even when one popped, she didn’t give up—she kept trying with the biggest smile and determination to make sure my little guy had the best day. ? Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help in a pinch turned what could have been a stressful situation into a total win.
