I want to share a great customer service experience I experienced by “CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE”. Im sorry didn’t get his full name but to describe him,he a young white Male with a ponytail hair style. Both times I came into this store location I was helped right away and with such nice manner. This young man welcomes all customers including myself as soon as the door bell set off and right away to the register. I love coming to this location when it comes to purchasing products for my car. Because im helped and satisfied by great customer service given to me. If you ask me.. I say a raise be good for this young Man and please don’t loose a “”Representative like him. Thanks to whoever the Manager for hiring him.”

“Great all around shop. Brought my dodge dart and was welcomed with good customer service, and repairs were done on time with better pricing than all the other local shops. I personally will be going back for easy maintenance and whatever else needs done.”

“Jake and Grand prix were awesome. Jake accommodated pick up times for me. The initial quote include paint but after communicating with Jake all wanted was for the bumper to be reassembled, Jake provided a new quote that met my budget. Grand prix provided way better pricing than all the other collision center around. If you're undecided I'd say give them a call obtained a quote just see their pricing. I'll def be back if in need of collision repairs.”

Was a bit hesitant to use a small business owner at first after much research of reviews and work felt confident in their work. Let me just say from the initial estimate to the finished product I was very impressed with the knowledge and quality of service. Chris the owner hands down knows his way around body work. Very happy and impressed with the quality, price and time of completion in service. I'm glad he was recommended and will definately be recommending and if need be using him again. “I called on the day after Christmas and spoke with Erik one of the managers and he was so helpful and professional and kind. I told him my situation and he offer solutions. My tailgate was out and he told me what light bulbs I needed. Im old school but my car isn't I found out my tail light is a full assembly that needed to be unscrewed to put the lights in. Erik was so kind he even look up YouTube videos with me to see how this is installed. I purchased the bulbs with Alexis who was also very kind and professional After that I made an appointment with a business not to far to install the bulbs. I will always come back they were awesome. I also just started attending the Church that's located behind them. It's a small world let's be kind to each other in it.”

“It was my first experience at Crash Champions. I can say that upon on arrival the place was hidden but when I made my way to the area I remember seeing a well organized company. From customers cars lined and parked perfectly outside to the tidy and well kept building. My first interaction was the front desk the receptionist was warm welcoming and acknowledging, as well as helpful. She was respectful, polite, and straightforward to assist. By far some of the best service I’ve had ever received. My advisor Sandy was understanding, supportive, and funny. When she checked out my car she was quick to pin point the exact repairs and quick to think of how she can restore the condition of my car. She cared and listened to my story of how my car ended up in its condition. It was a great feeling knowing that she was intrigued. She even shared some of her experiences to make me feel that I’m not alone. Which made me trust her with my car and that everything will be okay. A confession I can make is I tried to lie to her about the scratches and scrapes on my front bumper lip skirt by saying it was part of the accident. She quickly caught my lie and I knew she did so I came clean to her. I was honest with her and she respected that and she also got a laugh out of it. Fast forward to a week I get the call my car is repaired and ready for pick up. Needless to say when I saw my car I didn’t think my car was mine because of how brand new it looked. The looks of it seemed like I just got my car fresh out of the factory. Sandy pointed all the repairs on my car and gave me advice for the paint and its condition. Sandy is a genuinely great person because she even replaced my front bumper lip skirt! After the lie I told her she only replaced it because I was honest with her and told her the truth. In summary my experience at Crash Champions was phenomenally satisfying. Moral of the story honesty is the best policy.”
