“This store was refreshing compared to Estrella Park location. This store has some good people working; which is reflective on the management staff. Attentive and polite, i know they deal with a lot but at least they acknowledge you and courteous. The deli has BBQ sausage!!!!...w a salad or Hawaiian Roll great lunch!”

I want to give a huge shout-out to Bri at Safeway for truly exceptional customer service. Bri went out of her way to help me, and her kindness, patience, and positive attitude made such a difference in my day. She didn’t just do her job — she genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of and done right.
It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in helping others, and Bri absolutely does. Safeway is lucky to have her, and customers like me are grateful for her extra effort and warm approach. Thank you, Bri, for going above and beyond! ?”
“I’ve been here a few times, but somehow missed a review. If you love hot sauce or just want to check out some snacks, souvenirs or even get some ice cream this might be a stop for you . When I road trip I love to stop at random and off the wall places. I of course live in the valley, but if you have littles just coming to the front lot you can take some cute photo ops and sometimes even see horses or a donkey in the past grazing the field out front. This visit was a bit rough as a family member passed away the night before and I was just trying to get out of the house. I started driving and ended up here. We were surprised to see we were the only ones inside. A woman came out and greeted us instantly. We also got a strong sniff of some of the salsa they were making. Certain days it can get pretty spicy. So if hot stuff bothers you this may be mad for you. My family loves hot stuff so we bought quite a few things. The employee working was so kind, talkative and helpful. She had no idea what I was going though, but her kindness went such a long way. I ordered a few scoops of the Thrifty ice cream they offered to go as well. Prices can be steep depending on what you’re buying.”

“This is one of the nicest Walmarts in the area. It isn't a full one like Rancho Santa Fe. I understand why they lock some stuff up, it doesn't bother me. I also don't have to get inspected like I stole something when I leave, I can shop in peace, everything is clean, organized, check out isn't a mile long, it takes me less than a minute or two. I've read other reviews about being profiled, but I'm a heavily tattooed Mexican, I've never had an issue here, so hopefully that doesn't ever happen. Definitely like this Walmart, especially being autistic it wasn't nearly as loud as the other locations, lights weren't bright either
either. Nice.
Update: I guess they do racial profiling in the area. There was just an incident yesterday at the Whataburger across the street where the manager called the police on paying customers because she assumed they had something to do with the protests at the high school which is odd given these adults were in their late 30s. The police had to make the manager return the money, weird but sad.”
“I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for a few years. Good prices, friendly staff, Fast refills. The drive through is nice and convenient. I will continue to come here for as long as I'm getting prescriptions.”

“I had a tooth infection that required antibiotics and pain pills. My dentist forgot to send the prescription to fry’s, which I found out after calling the pharmacy and asking the robot that answered to speak to the pharmacy. Called my dentist office and they sent the prescription over. I waited an hour and then called the pharmacy again to make sure I could get it that evening since I was in terrible pain. Person I spoke to was very kind and understanding and said it would be ready in 30 mins. Fifteen mins later I get a text saying it’s ready. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate being able to talk to an actual human in the pharmacy and that they CARED enough and helped me get the medication I desperately needed. They were also awesome when I went to pick it up. I really appreciate their kindness and efficiency and I will go here again if I ever need another prescription. Thank you staff!”
