Summary: whether personal use or business, Enterprise offers better service and rates than any competitor in phoenix - coming from someone who moves yearly and drives commerciallyβ
βVery friendly and prompt service! I needed an A/C hose repaired and a blinker electrical issue fixed and they had me in and out in 2 days. They also let me know my brakes needed replacing soon (I hadn't checked in a while haha), and they were able to get that done at the same time. There's a shuttle service as well so you don't have to finagle rides from friends or family.
I am going to frequent them in the future for my auto needs. Their parking lot is a little small, but the people there have big hearts and great service.β

βI recently drove from Utah to AZ w/ a 16β truck with a fully assemble car tow that you can only use with a 16β or more truck. They offered plenty of discounts such as military, student, and they were offering a site discount as well. Having unlimited gas mileage was terrific! However, Iβm not sure if it was just the truck I rented or all the trucks but the digital gas range was very inconsistent! It kept dropping miles like 4 miles at a time then it would go back up at some point. But overall I spent less than $1,000 for my whole move including my stops for gas which I filled up 3 times including the return!β
βI am one of the biggest fans of Penske racing especially Nascar, and Indycar. A friend of mine a couple of days ago gave me a Penske jacket and it was stolen from me, however everything happens for a reason and a purpose... Someone else needed the jacket and besides I'm very blessed and grateful for even getting the jacket in the first place, I pray that the person who it ends up with will be warm just like I was. At the moment I'm a homeless Veteran and where I lay my head is home and God gives what I need when I need it, not too little and not too much just enough. I'm sitting here in Tollson Arizona at BadAss Coffee and waiting for some money to hit my account so I can get a shower, it's been a while since I've had one. I can't get a hotel room because my Veterans ID doesn't have my birthdate on it, but yesterday as I was walking down 75th Ave I saw a Penske truck rental and it gave me a boost of intestinal fortitude, so deep and sound that it gave me enough endurance to keep going for my dream of not only getting a shower and a hotel room, but an RV with everything paid for, along with season tickets for Nascar, because I would like nothing more than to follow the Nascar series for this next year, starting with the 24hrs of Daytona. Ty Mr Penske for all that you do for us Veterans I am very grateful for you and I appreciate your involvement in racing all together, I hope that one day I can actually meet you in person. βI had a new bathroom installed hy home depot contractor REBATH. Jim from Rebath didbmy sales presentation. At first i was a little shocked ?@ the price but then when i saw what i was getting I loved it. Arron Philips was by Rebath tech and he did an outstanding job. The sceduling team for Rebath was outstanding. If i could give them 7 stars I Would. Grade A +. My new kitchen install A+++++ Never have I sern a cabinet installed a good as my was. The best cabinet maker and installer i have ever Encountered. Grade A++++. Home depot design team. Kevin Marin and Bailey fro store #9969 were my team. Kevin is is ecceptional Always staying on tip if everything. He communicated With me weekly to ensure everything was in track. My store #9969 Bailey ordered all my appliciances and helped me with everything for my kitchen. She was always Available to answer any questions and shekeep me updated on a any of my concerns Her department and store Manager both were best in retail class. This store is always well organized and clean and tge customer sevice was exceptional. Hone services Grad we A+++Γ . Kurt from home drpit home serviuces did an exceptional as dud Hector from cintractor Delta Mechanixal on my sink and facet install. Thanks to the Home depit team.β

Went across the street to U-Haul where Heidi was able to quickly accommodate my needs with friendly smile ? ? The truck was clean and was easy to drive from Prescott to Peoria, AZ! Hooray!β
βThe staff was absolutely wonderful but the process outside their control was a nightmare. I wish they had given us their names, but they are the only reason there are 5 stars here instead of 1.
BEWARE BOOKING ONLINE - my feedback to uhaul as a company
When someone books for in person, do not give them a 3rd party that will not be in person. Added extra miles to our trip to get pick up at an actual Uhaul location. Not to mention the waste of time, gas, and miles trying to find the 3rd party location we originally started with. Also when I asked on the phone if this location (the 3rd party) would have all the items I had ordered the staff on the phone told me yeah, which was untrue. There was no dolly or TV box with the uhaul like I was expecting. Honestly very unhappy with Uhaul as a whole after those issues. Added so much extra unneeded stress to our move and added 2-3 hour delay to our move which made us not get home until 1am. Could've been easily avoided had it been just booked in person with everything I ordered like I was under the assumption in would.β
