“What you would expect from a 2-star for budget friendly/good value. I will say the staff is outstanding. Friendly attentive customer care. They will happily exchange your quarters for laundry. They also brought deliveries to our door which is unheard of in extended stays! Very helpful staff! The scenery isn’t anything spectacular but the location is close to everything. Not really a nice walkable area but gets to the point. The housekeeping is very kind and the tiny kitchenette does come fully stocked with a larger fridge. The closet space is very roomy and the layout is a good use of the small space. The jacuzzi hot tub outdoors was great to have with plenty of towels. I would have to knock off stars for the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms. I had to rewash all the dishes and clean inside the drawers and hair in bathtub. There were many stains, tears and rips throughout the hotel. Seemed as thought the gym was the cleanest part of the hotel. The outdoor areas were covered in cigarette butts and ash and the common areas weren’t very conducive.”

“It was very very clean... Can smell the cleaner when opened the room door ? breakfast was decent, could have been kept a little warmer though. People enjoy the common/group areas in the evening. The outdoor area was especially nice. Staff was very very friendly. Is a pretty upbeat place to stop and relax from the road.Noteworthy details: Parking is in the back...gps isn't exact due to construction in the area”

“Great fun for the kids, far more than a trampoline place. Sky rail (!), rock climbing, and lots of padded play areas, plus courts for ball games. Several rooms for concurrent birthday parties. Kitchen offering pizza, fries, lots of different snacks etc.

The play activities are great, some seem dangerous but all have good safety measures in place. My kids went several times and they have fun for hours.

So why only 4 stars?
Atrocious food, slow and sometimes dismissive registering process.

See the burnt pizza , see the ridiculously tiny wings. Yes, that's the full portion. Price are big, portions not so much. What time for this inedible trash was nearly 40 minutes.

However , that's in part because management has the young people running the place do multiple things at once, literally running from front desk to kitchen and back, doing multiple jobs at once. Shame on the managers to allow this.
And of course this is also the second reason for the star removal - overloaded young adults having to juggle multiple things and getting overwhelmed. They sometimes don't know the answers to fairly basic questions, or get confused with their check in systems (management, maybe give your staff something better than $50 Android tablets to check guests in?)

Note: as most other places like this, Urban Air grip socks required, no competitors socks allowed.

Price for Ultimate (all day, everything they have) is just shy of $30 per kid. That's close to what Skyzone is but Urban Air offers a heck of a lot more.

Overall: recommended. Just manage expectations with check-in and the food.”
