I went to Ross on Saturday and saw a young boy working. He went into the back and proceeded to smoke and disrespect my family and I. As well he was incredibly rude calling us the N-word and refusing to help us at the register. He had fluffy/curlyish hair Small and i heard another employee refer to him and sterling or angel.

Please change your policy regarding bringing extra outside shoes into the dressing room. Y’all have some gorgeous evening gowns that I would love to use for pageantry but there are specific rules about how our heels and dresses have to fit together and I am not going to wear stilettos to shop. Thank you.
