Customer service is excellent and goes along with extensive knowledge to back it.My experience:I brought my 2017 WRX in after experiencing engine failure… Robert welcomed my car into his shop immediately and also reassured my car would never be left out overnight! They had my motor pulled and inspected in no time. Robert was happy to go over all parts included in his rebuild package as well as give me a chance to drop by to check out the freshly machined block rebuilt heads & internals before they seated the pistons.The turn around was super quick once the motor was back from machining and runs smoother than ever topped with a steam cleaned engine bay and a full run down on break in and maintenance schedules moving forward.More than pleased and would recommend anyone to give them a call in a heartbeat!”

“My Window stopped rolling up and down and Firestone (on Tatum and Shea) told me the motor was broken and that they recommend I replace the regulator as the cords might be tangled and burning the motor up. I kept asking the manager, if the regulator needed to be replaced or not and he just kept circling back to the words "Might" and "recommend" aka sales words and upselling. It was going to take two days for them to wait on a part and cost 789 dollars. After the third circle of trying to get an emphatic answer on if iI REALLY needed a regulator, I paid their 65 dollar diagnostic fee, and I then took it to Johnston's Auto Repair for a second opinion. Dwight, the owner was awesome. He asked specific questions about it, and then called to let me it was just a sensor in the motor and the regulator was fine. A little over 400 dollars and had my car back in a few hours. Forget Firestone. Go to Johnston's.”

“I have been here a total of three times and I have seen Hector Reyes every time. He is dependable always here before I arrive, which I get the earliest appointments when available. Making sure customers have refreshments and they put on movies for those who wait until their car is finished. What I really love about this location is that most of the men have integrity and a genuine pleasure for what they do. They have been honest and most car mechanics make it very hard to trust. The guys at Brakes Plus on 75th ave Lower Buckeye have been trust worthy even if it’s not what I want to hear but instead of taking my money they will let me know what would be the smartest move for me.I went in yesterday to have my spark plugs changed and when I got their I was greeted like always with care and kindness. They took my car back immediately and ran some testing which I had about 12 codes that pop up. They took me back their to see and told me that getting my spark plugs done would be a waste of time and money because the issue was with transmission, the computer module was malfunctioning and several other things. They told me it would be pricy but for my car not worth it, my car was a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta SE 1.8 had it for 8 years and ran great until I took it to a reputable dealership which was Volkswagen dealer in Phoenix off of Camelback and I believe they intentionally did something to my car because it was a great car until I went to see them and then everything started to fall apart and malfunction, they even called to ask me if my car was still running and if I needed any services I told them how I felt but no reply like our dealership wouldn’t do that, the guy Shawn Church at Volkswagen just sounded desperate to get other bodies in there. So back to Brakes Plus, I wanted to be stubborn but the mechanic Ky really push the importance of how I would be making a horrible mistake so I decided to trust him. I saw that he loves what he does, he was confident and told me if I could to just purchase another car and recommend a Toyota saying they were made to last and they are great cars. So that’s what I did went to Larry Toyota and got me a 2024 with no down payment. God is good and I’m just great full because everybody that I spoke to on that specific day had my best interest and they were angels in disguise. Thank you Brake plus for all that you do and being trustworthy in a world full of crooks. This hard to come by so don’t stop. You may not get the recognition you all deserve but I know the Lord will bless you and your families. Keep up the hard work.”

I found Mike through an online Mercedes group. Within minutes of our first call, I could tell that he knew the W126 model inside and out.I brought my car to him and let him and his team go through it in detail. He recommended certain jobs that needed to be done immediately, and then let me know what more I could expect in the years to come.
