“Crazy story time! My family and I were on the way to the water park when we almost hit a kitten in the middle of the road. I told my boyfriend to pull over and I went into a bush to grab this little guy. We went to our nearest petco to grab the essentials. We ended up spending two hours at this petco because the wonderful manager named Chris was helping us get our new little buddy into the vet. He spent two hours walking us around the store finding the perfect product for our little guy. Then went out of his way to call a bunch of locations to get us into a vet today. We cannot thank him enough for his candor!!”

“The prices here are a little high, but you’re getting much better quality than you would from a big box pet store. I have bought plants, fish, and hard scape from The Ocean Floor. The fish are all very well cared for and they have a huge variety. I have received so much good advice, and the employees are always so willing to help educate or troubleshoot. They will test your water for you if you do not have a master test kit, which is so nice. Kids really enjoy visiting as well! I got most of what is in my most recent tank from them”

“Sunburst Pet Supplies is the go-to distributor for independent pet retailers. They have a wide range of brands of top-notch pet food and treats. They allow independents to buy low quantity items since we can't buy by the boat load like the big box stores can. Although they serve any retailer, I believe they are looking out for me as a "Mom & Pop" store. The staff is great from the customer service front desk to the back office to the guys in the warehouse. “I went in this morning for a couple of services on my two dogs. I'd never been here before -I'm new to this part of town. But I couldn't resist )someplace called "Bark If you You're Dirty". I am SO glad that I chose this place over others!The young lady who performed the services for my pets was competent, firm & swift, while not sacrificing being gentle and affectionate to every single dog I had the pleasure of watching her handle as we waited for our turn.When it came time for my dogs to face the music, I wanted the groomer to know that my girl was very scared and had come to me from an abusive situation. This wonderful human took my baby with such care and gave a hug and gentle reassuring words. I watched in awe as her fingernails were FINALLY clipped correctly, after years of trying to find someone to be able to do it (everyone left them Elvira long)! And the young lady who served as our groomer was able to do a PERFECT job and my girl was more chill than I've ever seen her around strangers, in a strange environment!I also wanted the groomer to know that my boy is quite a stink pot. He doesn't do well at all with nail trims, nevermind anything more uncomfortable than that, which he was in for today. I really admire the young lady for taking on my little ball of rage and still maintaining such kindness and gentleness with him.I am ABSOLUTELY coming here again and again for future grooming needs, and also to check out all of the phenomenal treat, food, toy and apparel options they've got! I didn't really have too much of a chance to do so this time, with my dogs acting ridiculous before, and ESPECIALLY *after* the groomers.”

“It's a small hidden shop that isn't too hard to find. The employees aren't the friendliest but they definitely sell some great cages. These cages have made handling messes and feeding easier with the easy access doors and removable bottom tray for puppy pads.”

Then the entire staff came in as a group to show their love for Walter. It was the sweetest, most heartwarming gesture ever. We felt so special. I love each and every person there. “The store was clean and fairly well stocked. Not a lot of choices of the catfood I was looking for WELLNESS GOOD KITTY PATE’. The wait for checkout was long. Only one cashier. I have never received fast checkout at this location. That’s one of the main reasons I don’t shop here. The cashier was extremely polite and helpful. If it wasn’t for him, I probably would not plan on returning. It’s so much easier and cheaper to purchase online at Chewy.”
