“On 6/13 I had an appointment for my puppy to get shots. Unfortunately the doctor called off. Hudson stayed calm, was very professional, was able to take my number and call me when a doctor was able to come in. When I came back in later that morning it was busy. The staff was very nice, answered all my questions and concerns. Sage was able to be seen and had a very good appointment. Thank you to all the staff for all you do.”
“Our dog is extremely anxious of the vet. He can be difficult but doesn’t bite. The vet and techs go slow and don’t force anything but still gets what needs to be done. I’m glad we found them when we first got our dog and will keep bringing him back.”

“Got my dog spayed today and the staff was very nice, patient, and helpful. Very cost effective and have add ons to the spay that I loved because my dog has a bit of anxiety. Drop off was quick and organized, pick up was the same and was able to receive her medication along with important information about the recovery process. My dog is, of course, uncomfortable but is not in any pain which I was very nervous about and the incision looks good. Overall, I’m extremely happy with getting my dog spayed here!”

“Dr. Alicia Ruiz and her team are the best! They all are so helpful and caring. Dr. Ruiz is incredible, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. They are always able to fit me in and the one time they were not able to, they found a place that I could go to take my big little one to. They are so wonderful, I am so lucky to have found them and for them to be the team to help my littles (big or small). I can’t say enough good words. Paola is fantastic and kindhearted. She always remembers my littles and ask how they are doing when I call or when I go for one of their appointments. She is always willing to help. They all are so wonderful and always make sure everything is ok before we leave. This is one of the best veterinary clinics I have been to. Everyone there is amazing, compassionate, and understanding. Thank you Dr. Ruiz, Paola and your whole team for taking care of my littles and for all that you do.

“Tolleson Animal Clinic has been absolutely amazing with my Larry boy. He’s now a 102-lb American Bully — big, strong, and full of love — and the staff treats him with so much patience and kindness. Even though he’s a big boy, they see the sweetheart he truly is.
The vets always take their time explaining everything clearly and make sure I feel comfortable with his care plan. I never feel rushed, and they genuinely care about his health and well-being.
