“Crazy story time! My family and I were on the way to the water park when we almost hit a kitten in the middle of the road. I told my boyfriend to pull over and I went into a bush to grab this little guy. We went to our nearest petco to grab the essentials. We ended up spending two hours at this petco because the wonderful manager named Chris was helping us get our new little buddy into the vet. He spent two hours walking us around the store finding the perfect product for our little guy. Then went out of his way to call a bunch of locations to get us into a vet today. We cannot thank him enough for his candor!!”

“Called in a panic about a lost dog I had found, after being chewed out by staff at the county shelter who were unable to assist. I didn’t catch her name but she was very kind in offering me suggestions how to resolve the situation, I’m sure she had a lot of other things to do but she took the time to help me. This office strikes me as very compassionate and caring, I would trust them with my babies if I lived in town.”

“Everyone was nice the office visit was a good price but I haven't been to a Vet for years but the tests seemed pretty expensive. I thought we'd be able to get the tests we needed on our cat but it was way too much we ended up getting 2 tests she needed and 2 meds for about $550. To me that's really expensive and we didn't find out what's wrong with her. We're just hoping that the meds will help her cause it'll be awhile til we'll be able to take her to the Vet and we need to get her spayed asap.”

Compared to another practice, the staff at Dog Cat and Bird was more thorough, more at ease handling my pets, and the charges were less for similar procedures. I also appreciate their evening and weekend hours. My pets only get sick late Friday or on weekends.”

“I brought my dog, Echo in for a checkup. After a surgery with another vet clinic didn't go so well, and they lacked clear instructions. Dr. Mckenna and Teri did the initial checkup and were AMAZING! They figured out what was wrong with him and gave us options. Dr Ware did the surgery the next day, called us and informed us of how he did and what to expect. He was also AMAZING. Alexis was our discharge tech, she gave us the rundown of what to do as far as care and what to look out for. This team saved my puppy and I appreciate them.”
