“Came in today looking for a few things to put some chairs together we purchased elsewhere because the manufacturer made a huge fail and we needed them quickly. Luckily Big K had what we were looking for and saved the day for us. Service was good and we were greeted on the way in, asked if we needed anything and thanked us for coming. Before today I had no idea this location was here. Parking lot is good size and easy in and out.”
“I am pleased to report that my delivery to this location proceeded smoothly and efficiently. Although my appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., they accommodated my semi-truck at 6:00 a.m., allowing me to back into a door. The unloading process was completed in a mere 15 minutes. Subsequently, I still needed to complete my 10-hour break, and they graciously permitted me to park in their front parking lot to do so. I greatly appreciated their understanding. Their receiving hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It is a highly organized and professional establishment. Therefore, I recommend approaching them with polite manners to ensure a similarly positive experience in return.”

“In the process of replacing the pull out spray hose on my Blanco kitchen faucet, I needed to replace the fiber washer seal at the connection under the sink. After stopping at a number of places to locate the needed part, Paul at Standard Plumbing Supply in Peoria, was extremely helpful yesterday working through my problem. They were out of stock on the actual item I needed but he came up with an alternative solution using a thick rubber washer which solved my problem. None of the other 3 or 4 places I had stopped at offered any potential solutions. The part was only a 50 cent item but Paul's dedication to helping me was priceless.”

At first i was a little shocked ?@ the price but then when i saw what i was getting I loved it. Arron Philips was by Rebath tech and he did an outstanding job. “Best customer service, they actually like helping people here. First time I was there they didn’t have want I was looking for but offered to order it and apologized while tractor supply just said don’t have it and walked away from me. Then today was trying to buy a paint sprayer from Home Depot but their price was not the same as it said online and I’d have to order it online and come back in a few hours to pick it while I had it in my cart at the register. Came to his ace hardware, better price than Home Depot and the staff is friendly. 5 stars!”

“I went there the other day because I was having difficulty finding the parts needed to replace or repair the valves in an old condo a couple of miles away. I went to them because I thought that they'd be familiar with the old style valves. I walked in but I had no luck finding out the manufacturer of the valve body that the condo has in it. The amazing person behind the counter came out to offer assistance and I explained the situation to him and he didn't even hesitate to walk back and get something and then returned and said try these seals to solve your problem. I asked him how much do I owe you and he replied nothing it's on me. I have been to several places before going there nobody could help me except for the man at the Van Marke plumbing. I went back to the condo and put the seals in the valves and it fixed the problem. I was so relieved and happy that I finally got it fixed. Thanks to Van Marke plumbing. Wonderful people who work in that store. Great ,helpful for others to get what they need and great customer service skills. I will always go back when I'm needing plumbing parts and in the area. Awesome place and awesome people. I give them 2 thumbs up and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing parts.”
