34656 E Crystal Visions Rd, MaranaThey're doing really great work here and it's home to 680 pigs. Countless volunteers and an owner who's dedicated over 20 years of her life to the pigs. We took the free tour on a Saturday and got to hear the stories of how the pigs came to the sanctuary and the incredible work they do to keep the pigs healthy and happy. It was so educational and we learned so much not only about pigs but the sanctuary. They meet the needs of all the pigs there whether that's sunscreen, special living quarters, medicine, etc. they work tirelessly to give these pigs a better life. At the end you can make a donation, buy their merch etc. They also have an Amazon wishlist you can support. It was easy to find and it does require you to drive down a dirt road. Make sure to bring water and wear walking shoes! They do have a bathroom on site that's indoors. It's also a beautiful drive out to their property !

Dove Mountain Brewing Company
12130 N Dove Mountain Blvd, MaranaI have been here a few times and just went again Friday 02/13/26. You can tell that there is an actual chef putting effort into the menu and the food. I had their clam chowder which was on special and I can say it was the best I've ever had. My family is from back east so I feel like I can give a good opinion. You could tell it was scratch made, had a lot of clams which were very well cooked and not chewy, seasoned very well. Great drink selection and great service, I very much enjoy this place, keep it up.
