“Went in with my son to get a new pair of shoes. Was met with a friendly greeting by staff members Angie and Percilla. Angie had to go to the back room a couple of times to find the right shoe and size for my son. She was engaging and helpful the whole time. My son was getting cranky about trying on shoes but Angie played with him and made a game of it. Percilla came over to see how it was going. She told my son how great his new shoes looked and she bet the shoes would make him run really fast. It put a big smile on his face. We left the store with new shoes and a smile on my son’s face. Both Angie and Percilla are an amazing team for the Crocks store.”
