“I recently purchased a new pair of work boots from Workmens Boots & Shoes, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
With how expensive work boots have become, I spent quite a bit of time shopping around before making a purchase. I first checked Walmart, but I wasn’t impressed with either the quality or selection of boots they had available. I prefer pull-on work boots, and I was specifically looking for ESD-rated steel-toe boots. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find what I needed there.
Next, I visited Red Wing. While they had quality products, the prices were much higher than I was hoping to spend. After doing some research online and reading the excellent reviews for Workmens Boots & Shoes, I decided to stop by and see what they had to offer.
I’m glad I did. The store had a huge selection of work boots and safety footwear, including steel-toe and ESD-rated options. When I called ahead, the staff assured me they had plenty of choices and competitive pricing, and they were absolutely right.
The salesperson who helped me was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered helpful recommendations, and helped me find the perfect pair of boots for my job.
I ended up purchasing a pair of Justin pull-on steel-toe ESD work boots for only $160, which was one of the best prices I found after visiting multiple stores and comparing options. The quality was excellent, and I felt like I got great value for my money.
Overall, I had an outstanding experience. Between the competitive pricing, quality selection, and excellent customer service, Workmens Boots & Shoes earned my business. If you’re looking for work boots and want great value without sacrificing quality, I highly recommend giving this store a visit.”

I saw a customer who seemed to be in a bad mood, and there was nothing the employees could do to please him. Rude little man. I wished employees could also give reviews about their customers.”

“Love it! There is a woman who works there, I love to "work" with her. I shop alot, not just for myself but for others as well. I can always count on her to find something or check in on a deal she thought was super. Idk if she knows I seek her out for the 411, or Matthew just some shopping banter. Today for instance I mentioned my frustration with a set of 3 kitchen rugs, I had bought no or that long ago at another retailer. One of the rugs had a tight cold seam that just would not let up. Already it's wearing badlyb on the seam that never settled. She said she hadmore in the back ect. I didn't find one I thought would for sure work. But a possible, going to try it out. Feels like I'm being helped with my task. So rare these days! I should know her name, Shame me! Blonde, ponytail bit to guess her age but I would say her kids are about 30.probably. It seems she knows pretty much every nook and cranny of the store.”

“I recently came upon a pair of Stewart boots from 1977, and they are so beautifully made. You can very clearly see that love was put into every detail and stitch, the leather quality and shape of the sole are both incredibly well-fitted, and I am so amazed at them. “I was helped by Noela and Michael today my daughter has a recital on Saturday and we needed shoes for but the ones we needed were not in stock. Michael helped my daughter size her foot and Noela had her try on shoes to see if they fit. Noela went out of her way to check availability at other stores and we were able to find them close to us. It was a great experience here. It was not until we went to the other store that the service dropped they lady was rude ask what size said the one on the wall was my daughters size grabbed it and and walked us to the front. It felt rushed and unprofessional. Just a very different experience with the same company. My daughter even noticed and said the other girl would get a five ⭐.”

“I had such a great experience at Boot Barn on Oracle. The employee Jose was the who helped me he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient and greeted me with a smile right when I walked in. I recently gained some unexpected weight and was unsure of my pant size and instead of trying on different size pants, he suggested what size I would fit into. He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable even though I was dreading going in due to my size. I even bought a new brand of pants that he suggested that was the newest style. It was like having a personal style assistant. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service. Boot Barn is lucky to have an employee like Mr. Rodriquez.I’ll definitely be back!”

“Be clear about your expectations. This is a warehouse outlet after all -- not a well designed store with a pleasant atmosphere where you can easily find what you're looking for or just meander and enjoy the experience. This is not browsing; it's a sport.
That said, they have a vast selection of casual shoes of seemingly every kind. It can be overwhelming to the untrained as there doesn't appear to be much to distinguish one section from another. It's an outlet, so don't expect them to have every size.
If you want something specific, save wandering time and ask the staff. This store is definitely DIY, but the staff are friendly really helpful.
They often have good sales, so if you love your Sketchers, this is the place to come.”

“Alan's shoes know all the pro's and con's of the shoes they carry. They provide a knowledgeable consultative fit. They also understand foot problems that may need to be addressed. I'm not sure the solution they gave me the other day.Will work for my pre surgery foot, but if it doesn't , they will help me find the right solution.
