“Gorgeous lil spot full of super colorful and unique pieces. They truly have something for everyone - gifts for everyone (even yourself because oh my gosh everything is so cute) and even cards. They champion women owned brands along side other small ethical and sustainable brands. I felt good about spending my money here knowing that I'm not only supporting a Tucson woman owned small business but also a handful of other woman centric brands.
A little hidden but I highly recommend stopping in!”

“Love it! There is a woman who works there, I love to "work" with her. I shop alot, not just for myself but for others as well. I can always count on her to find something or check in on a deal she thought was super. Idk if she knows I seek her out for the 411, or Matthew just some shopping banter. Today for instance I mentioned my frustration with a set of 3 kitchen rugs, I had bought no or that long ago at another retailer. One of the rugs had a tight cold seam that just would not let up. Already it's wearing badlyb on the seam that never settled. She said she hadmore in the back ect. I didn't find one I thought would for sure work. But a possible, going to try it out. Feels like I'm being helped with my task. So rare these days! I should know her name, Shame me! Blonde, ponytail bit to guess her age but I would say her kids are about 30.probably. It seems she knows pretty much every nook and cranny of the store.”

“Tyler(from the Adult store) was my associate for my original purchase of some kids vans, she was super sweet & patient with us needing to try out lots of shoes/sizes.. Unfortunately we had a fluke with said shoes & came back a week later with a hole & hopes I could get things sorted.
Gabe was helpful & needed further assistance from his manager Cadence(also from the Adult store). They were both very understanding about the circumstances. Cadance even had some great advice for lacing our shoes in new ways to help my lil guy out while he learns to tie his own shoes.
After trying some different brands they were able to exchange our original purchase & I just had to pay the difference. We really appreciate the patience & laid back environment. Thank you all for your great customer service.”
“Nathaly the store manager is a great individual. I had came to do an exchange on some shoes that didn’t work out for me, even though they were worn I didn’t enjoy the fit, she has told me before I had bought them if they didn’t work out I can come back and exchange or return them for another style. I really did appreciate that information, sadly I didn’t get any other shoes but her great customer service made me want to come back in the future for anything else I may be looking for. “I had such a great experience at Boot Barn on Oracle. The employee Jose was the who helped me he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient and greeted me with a smile right when I walked in. I recently gained some unexpected weight and was unsure of my pant size and instead of trying on different size pants, he suggested what size I would fit into. He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable even though I was dreading going in due to my size. I even bought a new brand of pants that he suggested that was the newest style. It was like having a personal style assistant. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service. Boot Barn is lucky to have an employee like Mr. Rodriquez.I’ll definitely be back!”

“Franky was an amazing help to us. Today he was holding down the store all on his own during the time my daughter and I was in there shopping. It appeared that there was one other person who was on schedule but he was too occupied with with playing a Star Wars game on his cell phone sitting in the store while there were perhaps 3-4 other potential transactions. Franky gets 5 stars from us because he was meeting the needs of all the customers. The other guy if he was on break should not have been visible. The other guy should do corporate a favor rescind and apply for a job that fits a his skill. Who is hiring for people to do nothing.”
