“I ordered a coolant heater connector for 2012 Ram 6.6 Cummins from another company and they informed me it was on a 30 day back order so I looked around and found this company.
I called and spoke with a guy who told me he had it in stock and on the shelf, so I placed my order.
I received an email later that evening with the tracking number, this was on December 30th, I received the product January 1st. I am highly impressed with their customer service and the fast shipping.”

also you bought a HID KIT to put on your car you installed them, when you had problems i worked on your car for FREE and upgraded not once but twice u bought a $65 kit and when it didnt work on your car i upgraded your car to a canbus hid kit and installed it. later when you were having difficulties with thos i swapped them out to LED HEADLIGHT KIT INSTALLED AGAIN NO CHARGE!!
AND then you accuse me cutting a ground wire on your car. WHAT PURPOSE WOULD I HAVE TO CUT YOUR WIRES? also the wire you are describing is a wire thats about 1" in diameter with thousand of strands of wires in it and like only 5 strands were freyed so again after working on your car for free 3 times trying to make your lights work correctly which we did with the LEDs
here we work on cars all day everyday to make customers happy what purpose would i have in cutting your ground wire?
when the lights didnt work i couldve said sorry heres a refund or sorry not helping you

Very personable. When our second vehicle was in a minor accident a few days after Bernie went into the shop we did selected the same shop again. We were not disappointed. (A quick tip for anyone with insurance make sure you get rental car coverage. Just in case. You never know. Luckily we had it for both cars.)”
“I was passing thru PHX in my way to CA. I had a blow out. I had only one spare day to get to CA for a CT scan. I was referred to 1350Offroad and They were able to schedule me the next day to fit two new tires to my beadlock wheels. Not only did they deliver ahead of time but also addressed the replacement of bolts on my spare. I could not have been happier with the service. I will be forever grateful for their help.”
“It’s been a couple of weeks now since getting my 4” Zone lift kit on my ‘21 Ram 1500 and it’s been awesome! The 2 things that made me choose Jason and Offroad Industries were the responsiveness to different messages, not only before the build with all of my questions or concerns but during the build as well. Communication was always there. The other factor was that he wasn’t charging an arm and a leg like some of the other shops I had got quotes from. “Straight Line Suspension fixed my 2022 Shockwave Toyhauler Axles and Hubs. Because Camping World in Mesa over torqued my lugs on my trailer, which I lost my left rear tire and sheared the lugs coming home from camping. Marc there at Straight Line went through the trailer and his guys went through the trailer and found the axles needed to be replaced and Camping World said they still checked the lugs and they were still over torqued and everything was fine. So I had it brought there to have it inspected. Marc and his team got my trailer fixed and back on the road. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks Straight Line Suspension”

A few hours later, I got a message from the team and the owner: “Don’t worry, we’ll sort you out. We’ll get the guys to build it over the weekend.”
Now that’s impressive service.
I’ve been using Lone Star for years, and their quality and craftsmanship have always been top-notch. I’ve had flips and rolls before, but this time, at 70 mph, a couple of suspension parts gave way, and I ended up flipping three times.

“I had attempted to get my trailer repaired at a shop in Phoenix who couldn’t complete the repair I needed, so they referred me to Wrangler Trailers. I called and Brad was able to get my ATV/utility trailer in on short notice. I took the trailer in on a Monday at about 9:15am and there weee a couple trailers already there in front of me, but I got the call that the work was completed at about 11:15am. These guys are great! They got the job done quickly, meticulously and in a professional manner at a very reasonable price. Everyone I was in contact with there was friendly and professional.”
