Collision works took care of me as if they owned the place which they do. Loved their no pressure approach to customers and their vast experience with insurance companies. “I’m making this honest review for an honest shop. This shop hasn’t been perfect on repairs for my 2017 Chevy Sonic and made some mistakes along the way, the difference between this shop and other shops is they don’t make you eat the cost for their failures. Abramson Automotive has done repairs on my car for a good price with good intentions and made right the mistakes they made with those repairs. An honest shop has way more value than a shop that isn’t honest in these times. I look forward to doing more business with this shop in the future and know there being honest about what’s needed to keep my car on the road.”
“You guys are AMAZING!!! We went to the Gunnels on Mckellips and Gilbert first thinking you two were the “same” store. But boy are you TOTALLY different. We had such a bad experience with the other gunnels they tried overcharging us and charged us for a diagnostic without telling us before doing it that it would cost anything.
Anyways, we brought our car to you guys and not only did you get our car done SO fast (it should have taken 4 days but you pulled some strings and got it done sooner because of our horrible experience with the tiger funnels you wanted to do all you could and it showed), but you also charged us HALF the price the other gunnels was trying to charge (we knew it was way overpriced at the other one), and your customer service was SO beyond amazing. I truly can not say enough amazing things about this gunnels. You will forever be having us as your customers because of this experience! Thank you SO much! We are so so appreciative! If you’re reading this and wondering if this is a good place, YES! You will not regret coming here!”
“Wish I could give 10 stars. Our 128i had been sitting since March. Just got back to Mesa before Halloween and dropped it off after setting up an appointment. Car was throwing a bunch of codes was expecting the worst. A couple of hours labor, couple fuses and a relay later, car is running like a champ!! Love this place!! They've earned my respect, trust and business.”

“Iconic Tire! These guys will take care of you, period. As a woman, I have had some discouraging experiences trying to get my car serviced and to get work done on my car. Often, car mechanics are dismissive and ready to add on a few extras, then gaslight me when I don't take them up on all things suggested. I drive over an hour to bring my vehicles here, because I am treated with respect, every time, the work gets done, every time, and the price is fair, every time. “Recently we purchased a new 2025 RAV 4 Limited from Berge Toyota. EVERYONE we came in contact with could not have been more accommodating nor more pleasant to work with. “Matt and his family at Coach Works have always made any experience with our vehicles and insurance painless. This most recent time about a month ago, I was in a fender bender and they fought with my insurance in order to get us almost 2,000 more than they were trying to offer us. They went through the extra work of double checking them to make sure we were not being screwed or pushed over by the insurance. The most trustworthy and honest people I know. “What a wonderful experience for Mazda service. A business (O’Rielly) had installed my battery and knocked three systems out of wack - blinkers, headlights, A/C fan. When I arrived, Jesus was so kind and understanding and reassured me they would find out if they’re was any permanent damage to car due to a short/spark. He already suspected what had happened. Professional, competent and such a kind gentleman. Turns out the body control module had received a surge/spark. The technicians unhooked the module twice (first time unsuccessful) and system rebooted and went back to normal. The charge was reasonable and far less than my fears. So honest of a business and I have been to Two other Mazda dealers in area and this is the one I will drive to for service, even if it is 40 Minutes. Thank all of you. God bless.”
“These guys are great! Thought I bent my tailpipe while offroading on my Wrangler, they got it in the same day. Turns out it wasn't bent but the rubber part on the hanger just got flipped. They didn't charge me anything. If I ever have any real exhaust issues I'm definitely coming back here!”

“2018 Corvette Stingray- Magnaflow exhaust, new tires, oil change (including procharger) tuning, and IGLA anti-theft device. Very professional work. They do not try and upsell things you don't need. They can build you a race engine or upgrade the peripherals to keep your car close to stock while increasing performance. You can trust their advice and impeccable workmanship.”

“As a notorious procrastinator who drives for a living, I often find myself in immediate need for service on my car. When I found myself needing new tires and an alignment with a 5 hour window to get it done, Iconic was able to help me out. Blake set me up with a deal on my tires and a 3 year warranty on my alignment- (FYI it is stupid not to go with this option, especially for the curb-hitting wonders of the world). I had a great experience, and am absolutely not being held at gunpoint to write this review. 5 stars!!”
“I had a charging issue with my car. Called him shortly after they opened, I stated what the car was doing and he said I could bring it in that same day around 3 with the understanding that he’d get to it if he could otherwise first thing the next a.m. To my surprise he called me at 4:40 the same day and said it’s done, come get it ! He also gave me a couple different price options that ended up saving me money. Excellent service at a fair price along with great customer service. I won’t go anywhere else.”
