My mom was having trouble getting the boxes packed correctly to send back to a facility for a return. Michael was a great help to her. He helped get everything packed correctly and got her labels on for shipping. Michael deserves a raise for sure. Great customer service and so polite. Thank you Michael for all the help.

James was a great help when we had an issue with an item that arrived damaged. He was courteous and thorough and helped us with every step of the return. They fixed an issue caused by a UPS store. We will definitely use this store again!
