All registers are on the first floor only. You have a cart full so you have to search for an elevator or take everything out of the cart and carry it down the escalator. Big inconvenience especially for elderly or handicapped people.

The jewelry department at this location is wonderful! The manager Kayla and Jonna were an amazing help with exchanging my ring that had broken. They stayed late just to make sure everything was figured out. Would recommend purchasing jewelry here and getting the lifetime plan. It has proven worth it. Thank you!!!
