Generally satisfied. 2 issues. Delivery personnel should put booties on at the front door. Also, our old mattress was placed in the correct bed frame, but it was installed upside down. It is a pillow top mattress, so hard to make a mistake unless you aren't paying attention. The guys were very nice.

It’s very low key…no pressure at all!! When we decided to purchase the mattress, it was very quick! The salesman entered our information and had our receipt printed in about 5 minutes. Also, he was very friendly! It was a great experience!
