“I needed a certain color sparkly yarn for a project. Michael doesn't have that great of selection and Jo-Ann's is closed but I could count on Hobby Lobby Lobby to still carry it thank goodness. The ailes were nice and clean. The employees are not always the friendliest although some are. But they are always available to help you find what you are looking for. I found a cute pair of lavender shorts but there was no place to try them on so I went ahead and bought them in the size I thought would fit and brought them home to try, knowing I could take them back if they didn't fit and try another size. I asked about the return policy and the girl told me you have 60 days with the receipt and 90 days without a receipt. I thought that was more than generous. I'm sure I will be back.”

“Good customer service, but the store itself could use some help. I wanted to purchase an item that was bigger and a little bit more heavy. Not only were both of the same items that I wanted damaged, but they were hooked on to the shelf in a weird way so one fell, and there was no way for me to get it back up. And I can tell that the items were damaged because they were not hung up properly and kept falling. Too bad, because I really wanted that item. I saw a little kid bashing on an item, and a store clerk walked past and did nothing. Nobody cares about anything anymore and it's just a bummer. I guess I shouldn't expect anything more in 2024.”
“Very clean inside, the staff is very friendly as well. All items are priced great except the clothes. Clothing was priced too high for a thrift shop. Aside from that I highly recommend stopping by.”
