“You guys are AMAZING!!! We went to the Gunnels on Mckellips and Gilbert first thinking you two were the “same” store. But boy are you TOTALLY different. We had such a bad experience with the other gunnels they tried overcharging us and charged us for a diagnostic without telling us before doing it that it would cost anything.
Anyways, we brought our car to you guys and not only did you get our car done SO fast (it should have taken 4 days but you pulled some strings and got it done sooner because of our horrible experience with the tiger funnels you wanted to do all you could and it showed), but you also charged us HALF the price the other gunnels was trying to charge (we knew it was way overpriced at the other one), and your customer service was SO beyond amazing. “I had a lot of engine work done it was more than I anticipated but it was necessary. They made sure I saw the test results and understood the repairs. They were through and very timely in making the repairs. The day after I got it back I had to replace the battery. I continued having trouble and thought something was draining the battery. I took it back to Faith they ran test and said the new battery had a dead cell. I went back and got the new battery replaced. Faith installed it and ran test again to make sure there was nothing draining the battery. They didn't charge me for this even though it wasn't something they caused or missed. Very professional and the mechanic that worked on my van was top notch. I have a large family so they will get more work from us. One more note the warranty is great and works nation wide.”
“Barry at BC automotive was recommended, by a gentleman at church, who said all their family has been using Barry for many years because he is honest and provides quality work. I have now been taking our cars to Barry for nearly 20 years now. Because we moved across town, I have tried a several other mechanics for convenience but keep coming back to Barry because he does great work, is honest and affordable. I have learned my lesson and will not take our cars to anybody else. You will be extremely happy with Barry also.”
“My jeep motor blew and I had to replace the motor, radiator and several other parts. I was looking for a new mechanic because the one I used before retired. I had moved to AJ and did not know any of the automotive repair shops. While looking for a new shop I saw Faith Works and decided to give them my business.
Wow, what a professional automotive repair shop! I used to work for Chevron and did a lot of mechanical work so I have a background in older vehicals. Josh keep me informed of the work they were doing, what needed to be replaced and he even took the time to look up some parts for my vehical that were hard to get, including a metal radiator.
My vehical runs like a champ and has a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. I believe some of the ad on parts are 24k miles or two year warranty. I refer my friends to Faith Works and I'm so happy I found a shop with integrity, professionalism and nice folks ?

I took my vehical in for an oil change, radiator flush and some other work. Faith Works did a nice job and I feel very confident in my vehical's reliability.
Past work of a new motor is still running great and my 5 star rating remains the same, 5 Stars! Thank you Faith Works taking care of my vehical ?
Update: 1-8-2024
I had a rough start and my check engine light came on, so, I took the jeep to Faithworks. The Faithworks crew checked my vehicle and found that one of my plastic vacuum connectors had cracked. They replaced it and my jeep is running smooth again. Faithworks employees are still as professional, courteous and caring as the first day I met them, I appreciate Faithworks, thank you!

My interior lights failed to turn on when I opened the rear hatch. I looked around the hatch and saw the wiring insulator split and had rubbed the insulation off a few wires. I took my jeep to Faithworks for repair. I thought I would be an overnight stay, but, they had my vehical fixed in a few hours, that was awesome! Courteous, professional and friendly folks at Faithworks, thank you for keeping my jeep running great ?”

“I am so grateful to this team, I cannot be loud enough about my praise for them. They were able to diagnose my bad engine with proof and submit it to my extended warranty company while only charging me for an hour
of labor time. They were my desperation 2nd opinion when the Hyundai dealership couldn't diagnose my bad engine after 39 days in their sevice center over the last 9 months and 7k later. The hiccup was the warranty company would only accept an engine claim from a Hyundai dealership, so I had to go back to the dealership that I did not trust at all. BUT, I had all the evidence from FaithWorks and the confidence to confront the the service director. Because of FaithWorks the dealership made it right with me! However, I will be trusting the experts at FaithWorks from here on out with all my diagnostic and car repair needs instead of the dealership.”

“I love Serious Fleet, I've been taking my personal vehicle to them for many years, our company also uses them quite a bit to. This is a true automotive mechanic shop that is honest and trustworthy, with all of my vehicle needs, plus our company fleet of trucks. They are pretty quick for turnaround time, depending on what you are having done, minor to major repairs.”
“These guys are very knowledge and honest mechanics. First gave a cheaper alternative to a clutch vibration I had to get me on the road. Then gave me an option for the clutch replacement kit. Proceeded with the clutch replacement installation and now my car is shifting great and runs smooth. Brought it back due to a minor squeal and they fixed it right away. It’s hard now a days to find good honest mechanics and these guys had good integrity and great work. I normally on leave reviews when I’ve had a great experience this was one of them.”
“Been taking my vehicles to Ed for years. Very fortunate to have an honest car mechanic that tells you exactly what you need, doesn't upsell, and does quality work.
There have been many times where I've taken my vehicles for simple oil changes to shops near my house and was told my cars needed so much work that it would be a hazard to keep driving it; well, I would take it to Ed's and he would tell me what actually was needed, and it was always less work than other mechanics made it out to be.
For that, it is worth the drive to his shop even though I don't live very close.”

“Took a "new to me" SUV with combustion problem, wouldn't stay running unless fed constant gas. Didn't call ahead and never been before! Guy was great, though slight language barrier. He got it in real quick and called next day. Unfortunately he couldn't do much other than diagnostics. Turns out engine is no good. He didn't charge anything other than the spark plugs he had replaced, but no labor or diagnostics fees!! I highly recommend. Good honest mechanics can be hard to find! You'll find one here!Thank you”
