“You guys are AMAZING!!! We went to the Gunnels on Mckellips and Gilbert first thinking you two were the “same” store. But boy are you TOTALLY different. We had such a bad experience with the other gunnels they tried overcharging us and charged us for a diagnostic without telling us before doing it that it would cost anything.
Anyways, we brought our car to you guys and not only did you get our car done SO fast (it should have taken 4 days but you pulled some strings and got it done sooner because of our horrible experience with the tiger funnels you wanted to do all you could and it showed), but you also charged us HALF the price the other gunnels was trying to charge (we knew it was way overpriced at the other one), and your customer service was SO beyond amazing. “Absolutely love this place i needed a mechanic that knew how to diagnose my Toyota Tacoma prerunner so it would pass emissions testing it failed emissions and could not get it license until everything was fixed so I done lots of reviews on All Brand's auto and every review I read gave this place great reviews so I set up appointment and took my truck there and the mechanic that done the work for me was totally amazing knew his stuff and fount the problem kept me informed the whole way about everything he fount that needs fixed im well pleased with all brands auto and even though I live in Apache junction Arizona I will take all of my mechanic work to All Brand's auto for service I really give Steve the mechanic a great Big thumbs up ? he knows what he is doing with any vehicle and the cost was totally amazing thank you so much All Brand's auto for fixing my old Toyota Tacoma truck got tons of miles on it but it keeps on keeping on for me and that is awesome. “I go into Friendly Auto Center for my oil Changes. They always go through my car real good, and check everything out thoroughly [and they do not charge me for the checkup!]. They have kept my 10 year old car running like new, finding major problems before they leave me stranded on vacation, saving my vacations. I would highly recommend Friendly Auto Centers!! It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust these days, but I thoroughly trust them. Do not hesitate, go in for your oil change and have them check out your car. Save your vacation from becoming a costly disaster!!
I recently had rats get under my hood and do all kinds of costly damage. They were great in fixing and doing it fast as I only have one car. I never hesitate to use friendly auto. They do a great job, they're reasonable, friendly, and fast”
“My car needed an oil change and my friend recommended this place. I was a little leery taking my car somewhere I have never used before. The Man at the counter was very courteous And we both realized I did not have the appointment at that store it was the same company but a different store. My appointment was for two at the other store and this store was busy until 3:00 but I stayed and I was glad I did because it was very comfortable they had some hot chocolate there and Wi-Fi plugins for my phone. A few of the staff would check on me and ask me if I was okay did I need anything. They printed me up receipt with the updates of things on my car and I thought the price was very reasonable and professional. Will be using this company again for my next oil change and possibly some needed work if I do need it on my car.”

“I thought the transmission had gone out on my car but the technician found out it was an easy repair and took care of it quickly. I was expecting to pay for a new transmission but instead it was a relatively low-cost repair. Kudos to the team at Crawford Auto Repair.”
“I had a lot of engine work done it was more than I anticipated but it was necessary. They made sure I saw the test results and understood the repairs. They were through and very timely in making the repairs. The day after I got it back I had to replace the battery. I continued having trouble and thought something was draining the battery. I took it back to Faith they ran test and said the new battery had a dead cell. I went back and got the new battery replaced. Faith installed it and ran test again to make sure there was nothing draining the battery. They didn't charge me for this even though it wasn't something they caused or missed. Very professional and the mechanic that worked on my van was top notch. I have a large family so they will get more work from us. One more note the warranty is great and works nation wide.”

“Been taking my vehicles to Ed for years. Very fortunate to have an honest car mechanic that tells you exactly what you need, doesn't upsell, and does quality work.
There have been many times where I've taken my vehicles for simple oil changes to shops near my house and was told my cars needed so much work that it would be a hazard to keep driving it; well, I would take it to Ed's and he would tell me what actually was needed, and it was always less work than other mechanics made it out to be.
For that, it is worth the drive to his shop even though I don't live very close.”

“Thursday after working 11hrs, I needed an oil change and everyone said they couldn’t or other places were rude on the phone. I saw speedy lube and called, Sergio answered here and he gave me a good quote on an oil change. I show up and he’s really friendly, I waited 20-30 mins and done! I appreciated it so much after working a long day! So then I go pay, Sergio gives me a new total… it was $55 ONLY! I was amazed at their honesty. He said we only charge the correct amount.. over the phone he thought I may have needed some other kind of oil, but he said they gave me what my car needed only and lowered the charge to it’s honest amount. You will not find this in many places!! They are extremely honest! Just call or better yet visit the shop. Sergio made a lifetime costumer in me!! Thank you Sergio. This man deserves 2 raises haha! I also ran into the owner Fransisco outside! He was really friendly and appreciative of my business!! If you need a shop! This is it! God bless you guys!”

“Took a "new to me" SUV with combustion problem, wouldn't stay running unless fed constant gas. Didn't call ahead and never been before! Guy was great, though slight language barrier. He got it in real quick and called next day. Unfortunately he couldn't do much other than diagnostics. Turns out engine is no good. He didn't charge anything other than the spark plugs he had replaced, but no labor or diagnostics fees!! I highly recommend. Good honest mechanics can be hard to find! You'll find one here!Thank you”

I initially called for a general inquiry and I have spoken with Lorenzo and he was so detailed, patient and extremely knowledgeable.
