“Normally, I do a lot of my own work and routine maintenance on my car. When it comes to suspension and alignments, however, that isn’t something I have the capability to do myself. When it finally came time to replace my control arms and my rear air suspension, I chose to take my car (and my parts) to Airpark Auto Clinic. Everything was super easy from start to finish, and they were able to do the job in less than two days from the time I dropped it off. The price for the labor was fair, considering it’s North Scottsdale. Overall, I’m satisfied with the work that they did.”

“Best customer service from Adam and Keith, give them a raise. I was purchasing a used vehicle from out of state from Bell Lexus. Kameron sales manager at Bell Lexus was being extremely difficult with getting pre-purchase inspection completed. No fault of salesperson. After contacting general sales manager was able to have vehicle brought over with no issues. Technician Sergio R did an excellent job with pre-purchase inspection many pictures highlighting areas of concern. Pricing was very reasonable. Adam was excellent in communicating and a pleasure to work with. If I lived in this area I would bring my vehicles there. Thank you again Adam and Keith for all your help.”

“The 37 year old rear suspension of the 1989 C4 Corvette that The Lord Jesus Christ lets me manage for a few years was definitely in need of new rear suspension bushings at the very least (needed to get done for any type of long road trip). Took it to Network Alignment initially thinking it would be a done deal, but much to my surprise, the gent who looked at it seemed bewildered as to how to approach the job. Needless to say I was disappointed with Network Alignment as I thought they were the suspension experts (they even have a pic of a C4 on their office wall).

Sent out a call for help on Yelp and Steve with Bridwell responded. Steve struck me as knowledgeable and very happy to help with this unusual job (not a common job to do these days I imagine). Took the car to Bridwell for Steve and his crew to evaluate and they came up with a solid approach which was better than what I had in mind and at a reasonable price for all the work. Steve suggested all new trailing and control arms with high quality bushings already installed along with a four wheel alignment (the new components being of MUCH better quality than the 37 year old components were even when they were factory new).

Turns out that Steve's plan of attack was just what the doctor ordered! The car rides and tracks MUCH better and is now VERY solidly planted on the road as it should be (Steve even showed me the alignment before and after chart and needless to say, the alignment was grossly out of whack prior to the new rear suspension components being installed).

Bottom line, really enjoyed working with Steve at Bridwell due to his willingness to provide options AND their very convenient drop off and pickup hours (didn't have to take any time out from work in order to drop off and pickup the car which is a HUGE plus in my book)! Thanks to Bridwell, LORVET the Corvette is ready for the open road and I thank and give ALL glory to The Lord God Almighty for honest gents like Steve and his crew at Bridwell Automotive Center!”

“I would have had to sell my car if it wasn’t for First Class auto. I drive a 23 yr old Porsche Boxster that Carvana said is worth (to them) only $5000. I knew it needed new breaks and I reached out to several shops to get a quote for a front and rear break replacement. Everyone quoted $2500. There no way I would have paid half of what a car was worth just for breaks and I contemplating having to sell it. I gem like I was having to plan my car’s funeral too soon. Finally, I made one last attempt to reach out to First Class based on their awesome reviews. I’m thrilled to report they gave me a quote 60% less than all the others! I was able to keep my car! Hallelujah! And when I took the car in, they could have lied and said I needed both replaced but they were honest and said only the rear needed replacing. So they great rates and integrity. “I looked at the reviews before I took my car into Acclaim ,Trying to decide if this was the right shop for me to take it to. They had so many good reviews I wondered if the shop could really be that good. The answer is yes!!! they are that good. Within a couple hours of dropping off my car they called me with an estimate , at a very reasonable price to fix it.
