“Fearing the worst with a rather obscure motor issue in an even more obscure make and model, I towed my dead vehicle and asked Jeff at JD for help. It was Thursday, and he said he’ll get back to me by Monday. Early Friday morning he called and said he got it taken care of.This was an engine issue that, although not too time-consuming to fix, had to potential to get a customer completely fleeced. I didn’t, and I owe JD’s a great deal of gratitude for the exceptional service and trustworthiness.”

“This service was for oil change only. Made appointment online, but received a call from Airpark asking me to change the date. I obliged, and set the date for an early appointment so I could wait. I arrived early, and they started work. Finished in a little over an hour, as estimated. Friendly owners and staff. Prices are comparable to other shops (not dealers), but we typically receive a discount coupon. Quality of work seems good. I have never had to return because of oil on my garage floor, and I never have to add oil between changes which are typically at least a year apart.”

“I had my oil changed and tires rotated (no charge with oil change). It took about an hour which is what I expected. Safety inspection was performed , as well. Total cost was about half of what the dealership charged me last time and in about half the time. Courtesy and service were top notch. Highly recommend!”

“My mechanic of 30 years retired and I was at a loss to find an honest and reputable shop. I called First Cass Auto Service because of their good reviews. I was very happy to find out that they had all the correct tools to service a 2005 Mini Cooper. Max was friendly, professional, and patient and assured me that their work would cost less than at the dealership. I had a list of things wrong that the dealership found, and a $1,000 repair they included was not necessary. First Class did a thorough inspection and found something that the dealership missed. Max explained they only had three bays, and I had the car towed there without an appointment, so I understood it would take a few days before they could start. I was fine with that, and so glad I waited. Although it is 25 miles away on the other side of town, I will be taking my cars to them from now on. Highly recommend!”

“So on the recommendation of a friend we brought my wife's beloved Jag XK in after a dealer told us the engine was blown due to overheating. Within a day they diagnosed the car. knowing we thought the worst, rather than taking advantage, they surprised us by letting us know it wasn't blown it just needed some maintenance. We were delighted and authorized the repair. They got the work done by a fully certified tech and saved the parts they replaced to go above \u0026 beyond just telling us what they did. Their shop rate is fair and work professional. Their attention to detail and consideration towards us is commendable. A month later we had more work done and we received the same professionalism \u0026 attention to detail. “Had a great experience at Brig Brand Tire on Raintree in Scottsdale, AZ. Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle inspection completed and recommended future service based off the inspection and vehicle wear and tear. Had my air filter replaced, it was time. Cody checked me in and wanted me to accompany him on the acceptance inspection, which I thought was great. Gabriella was delightful during my checkout.
