The store at 2733 N Power Road Mesa, Arizona is awesome. The staff members there ALWAYS go above and beyond. They are courteous, kind, usually cheerful, and always helpful. I will not go to any other Ups store! Thank you all for the exceptional job you each do. You are appreciated.

Employees are rude and this is the only ups location I've ever had tell me they don't take "large" USPS packages. I ship ups and USPS at the same time and I prefer to do one dropoff. Just moved to this area and will avoid this location from here on out! I'll go the one a few blocks south

I had a friend drop off a package valued at $300. The package has gone missing and no one seems to know where it is. I would not recommend this location as I feel something is terribly dishonest going on.
