They took the time to ensure the rings we needed inspected were perfect and when it came to resizing a few pieces, they made sure it would fit exactly how I wanted. “This the second time finding this little gem in old town Scottsdale.
It’s a family business (father and son) 1 block off of the main square.
Unlike the other jewelry stores in the area, they don’t seem to play the high low game (1,000 - 40% today = 600) there prices are reasonable from the start. I felt good buying from them. It’s fun to buy and they help you have fun. Next time I’m in Scottsdale and I need some jewelry, Im going there.”
“I worked with an associate to purchase a watch remotely and have it sent to me. This went very well. Before it was picked up by the shipper, I politely asked if the order could be cancelled. I was reminded of their no refund policy. I was hoping that because the watch had not been shipped, they could show some goodwill and cancel the order. No luck. They are very rigid with their policy and are not willing to provide the level of service you might expect from a trusted retailer. Keep this in mind if you ever need to work with them.
Update: I managed to make it to the Scottsdale boutique in person to look at strap options for my watch. While I was there, the manager, Jared, approached me and asked what he could do to make my experience better, even offering a refund because at the time of my request I had not received the watch. While I declined his generous offer because I was satisfied with the watch, he did go the extra mile and offer me some other options to enhance my purchase. I sincerely appreciate his effort and commend both him and the associate, Ashley for their excellent customer service.”
“This jewelry store Pueblo Jewelers is different. I walked in and the whole staff’s vibin, customers laughing, bells ringing as celebration, Steven locked in setting the tone, that’s a direct reflection of ownership, that’s family. I never felt pressure, no ego, no trash talking other jewelers and deals that speak louder than any sales pitch.
Steven and the crew cut me a deal on an iced-out bracelet no other jeweler in the city could even come close to. That’s when you know a place is solid! 27 years strong I heard and currently in my eyes running circles around the so called ‘big’ jewelers.
If you want real people you can build a business relationship with and prices that can’t be touched, this is where you go. Pueblo don’t gotta claim #1… they proved it without saying it.

“I took in 7 of my wife's watches that needed batteries and my watch to have an adjustment done on the bracelet. They informed me that only 6 of the watches needed batteries, one is an EcoDrive and just needed some light! I decided to go a different direction altogether with my stainless steel bracelet and they helped me to pick out a great option! They put one on and even though it fit my wrist, I would have only had one notch to rely on when summer rolls around. They told me that they didn't feel that was the best option, instead of just letting me buy it and have me come back later for a longer size. We found a nice rubber strap, that complimented the watch style nicely and they switched it out and had me on my way in about 30 minutes for all of it.
I highly recommend them if you need watch repairs, batteries changed or if you are looking to purchase a nice timepiece! They are an authorized dealer for many really nice brands!

“I have always loved David Yurman and been wearing their pieces for the last 30 years. I took a vintage piece into the store to be serviced because I didn’t want to trust just any jeweler. Unfortunately I was unhappy with the repair. What I can tell you is that I was beyond happy with the customer service I received from the store manager Karen. She is kind and she is good. I know she felt bad about my repair not going as expected and made sure she did everything in her power to right the wrong. I ended up speaking to her multiple times in store and in person.
