“The girls that were working today were so friendly and helpful! It felt like I had known them forever the way we chatted so casually. I told them I was struggling with finding the right bra for me after having kids. They measured me and found me the most PERFECT fitting bra in my life! Having the right size bra changes everything and I'm so glad I came to this location and worked with these lovely ladies who laughed with me as I tossed my old bra in the trash ? “This morning I had an appointment in the area of Dana Park and visited this store out of curiosity. I will admit, I'd never heard of this brand. I'm from Alaska and the styles I shop for are a little more outdoorsy. :-) There was 1 service person, her name is Val, and the way she took care of the different people and their needs was like a symphony. It was so Seemless. No matter what she had going on or who she was ringing up, she still helped me find the sizes I needed, advised against items that didn't fit me well, made other suggestions, even mentioned that 1 item I had was redundant and wasn't needed. What customer service person do you know who tells you not to purchase something because it looks too much like an item you already have? She gained my complete trust. Additionally, although the store is typically a little out of my comfort spending, the 40% off deals are on some beautiful items. The clothing from my limited exposure seem to be great quality and wrinkle free. Lastly, the music played during my visit, truly took me back. I went from a stressful medical appointment to the most relaxing shopping experience in quite some time. I was happy to spend money in that store. I felt I got great value in my purchases and above all, curtesy and Respect from Val & Nanette. Let me just say from my heart, shopping while Black isn't always a pleasant experience. Today it was! Thanks Val & Nanette, you ladies Rock!”

“I started with this franchise in 2020. I consistently used my Unlimited membership for 2 years. Their studio is clean, the teachers are amazing, and Christine is very helpful and honest. The teachers encourage you to work to your ability/level and offer alternative movements if you are new or are nursing an injury.
As a former dancer, I find their workouts very enjoyable and I feel better after every class.
I fell off and on for the past 2 years for various life reasons, but have recently got back in the grove and was welcomed back with open arms. This location is a great one to be a part of, since you have access to both the Dana Park and SanTan Village classes. So happy to be back!”
“I really like the selection at this location. They are a typical retail sales environment so it makes sense that some people would consider it pushy, as they do ask if you want their credit card & they’ll also try to get add-on sales to the purchase. For me, I went in with a purpose & I have no issue saying yes or no to what I do & don’t want. Lol.
I had two girls help me named Noe & Payton. Both extremely friendly & helpful. I told them exactly what I was looking for (a pair of jeans for a concert) & I ended up leaving with 2 pairs because the fit was literally perfect - & a new shirt. They both gave their input on sizing, etc so I really appreciated the honesty! I absolutely love Buckle jeans, too. I’ve got a couple pairs that have lasted forever & the jeans they picked out for me were the perfect size on the first try & so comfortable. They are expensive, but I have no issue spending on jeans especially if they’re gonna last as long as my other pairs have!
I wanted to look around more after I tried stuff on, & Payton came up & just talked to me a little while asking if I was all good. I felt like they really were just being friendly & I don’t mind talking to the staff knowing they’re just doing their job. Overall it’s a very pleasant store & I liked the atmosphere. ☺️”
“Interesting and unique store. The store is on the first floor and has an accessible entrance and accessible parking at the mall-front.
What makes this store stand out is it sells a different style of clothing. Store was jam-packed with an assortment of flowy colorful dresses and tops- reminds me a bit of hippie-style colors and fashion.. but could also be a nice place to buy dresses for the Renaissance Fair. They also sold anklets and other accessories.”

“Good customer service, but the store itself could use some help. I wanted to purchase an item that was bigger and a little bit more heavy. Not only were both of the same items that I wanted damaged, but they were hooked on to the shelf in a weird way so one fell, and there was no way for me to get it back up. And I can tell that the items were damaged because they were not hung up properly and kept falling. Too bad, because I really wanted that item. I saw a little kid bashing on an item, and a store clerk walked past and did nothing. Nobody cares about anything anymore and it's just a bummer. I guess I shouldn't expect anything more in 2024.”
“Excellent prices for stuff. For example: Their men's dress shoes are just as good as any stores shoes. Any dress shoe requires a good replacement insole. Their sports workout clothes are a wonderful value. I look great at the gym. Vist frequently, it may be gone the next day.”
