The manager keeps the store upbeat, and you can tell with how much the associates respond to that working environment. Vans as a whole is great quality and fairly priced. “My friend had a baby shower in the events room at Joss + J last weekend and it was the perfect venue. The store itself is easy to find with ample parking spaces out front. The store is well kept and clean. The stock is soooo cute! So many great children, baby and mommy items to shop. If you're looking for neutral pieces for your family, this store is it. Standard pricing on items and nothing priced out of the norm. The event room was spacious enough to have plenty of round tables and chairs. I love that they had a small bathroom there for guests to access. Clean up was convenient as most serving items were offered/catered by Joss + J. This was awesome as I watched the Host of the baby shower go home with ease. Would definitely recommend the shop and the venue.”

“I often go to this location instead of the one by my house because the staff is always genuine and sincere. I work retail too, so I can tell when someone's customer service is over the top and fake. I also like the employee retention, I always see a familiar face when I walk in and I like that. The SM has been there a while and is always friendly and helpful.”

It's like going to the out of business FRYS Electronics. Those cashiers hated their job. Cashiers were very nice and curious, but the set up makes them like factory workers.”

“Very sweet staff, smiling, helpful and very organized and clean store. We were able to try on clothing in roomy clean dressing rooms. I liked one item but it was $138 so I am waiting for a sale. There were some nice sleeveless shirts for $19 and lots of items on clearance. Oh, and a very tempting necklace with multicolor stones and a very funky "green chunks of stone" necklace. Fun store!”

“I've gone to KHOLS as part of been giving couple gift cards from family friends n knew my parents often in past shopped there so I'd welcomed opportunity , this latest visit went reasonably well . Just adore the sales gal whom works in the Sephora, she is welcoming, friendly very easy to talk with n has that kindness like your talking to an ol friend ....and the gal at check out she was very kind n patient n willing to take time to answer any questions I'd had n helped show us how to save using our kohls cash n rewards . Very informative n will be bringing my parents this coming visit as moms bday is next week and taking her shopping. I'm going to make sure she signs up for her bday perks!!”

Found some cookware for a great price and was even able to use their self checkout which was new to me there as I usually have to go through the line with a cashier.No crowd in the middle of the day like TJMaxx and HomeGoods.”
