“Liv at the printing and photo department delivered exceptional service. I was new to Nordstroms new return method using FedEx. Liv went well above and beyond to explain the process and assisted to successfully complete the returns. Unlike her manager Jennifer who sent me to another Fedx hub 7 miles away and explained she would never shop at Nordstroms. Poor leadership.”
“The store was full of ideas and amazing furniture for outdoor living. Xtra large umbrellas to tables and loungers to enjoy the out doors. Out of price range for what I feel is a normal family income, but if you want to endulge and have the means then check them out. The store is clean and the staff doesn't linger. A pleasant showroom to wander through.”

I hadn't been to Target's for a while, picking up a few Christmas items. At checkout, Ramey was so upbeat and made me laugh...made my day. Very efficient and giving his best to each customer like he was the owner, who valued repeat customers. He is a perfect role model of how to relate to the customers and I will stand an extra minute or two in his check-out line to have another superb shopping experience.”
