“Giving 5 stars because of 2 reasons.

1, I’ve been going to this Target since the early 2000s. Everyone has always been lovely, the employees are wonderful and I love how clean it always is.

2, I saw how a self-checkout employee handled a situation earlier today and wanted to share. A disgruntled woman was being rude about a signage issue and the whole time she was being rude, the employee was kind, educational and polite.

I don’t know who the employee was, she was working the self-checkout around 11:30am. Kudos to her. I work in customer service as well and she handled that better than I do.

“To the employee that helped my mother today shield a girl having a manic episode, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I’m not sure what your name was, but you and my mother and her mother were the only ones assisting her while everyone stared and said hateful things. To the woman (customer) who walked in while this was happening and said “just shoot her in the head, she’s crazy” I sincerely hope you never come back to this Walmart. Thank you again to the employee who remained calm, and if you were that customer I hope you experience emotional pain for what you said about a mentally ill customer. She was just going shopping with her mom, you didn’t need to be a disgusting person and make that comment. The employees here are phenomenal for stepping in. Thank you again!”
