“I was in the UPS store getting something notarized, when I noticed they sell stamps. I asked if they charge the same amount for a book of stamps as the post office. The person helping me said yes, so I bought 2 books. After I used them, I realized they charged me $20 for a book of stamps the post office sells for $15.60. I would not have bought them if the sales person had given me the correct information. I posted a review on Google and the store immediately reached out to me. They made it right by refunding the difference. I very much appreciate the great response to an employee's error.”

“I went in with a confusing situation over a baseball bat I just purchased but can’t get anyone to know how to exactly get what was needed a QR vice from where I purchase item which was AMAZON!!!! I allowed him to speak as me and we came to same little stupid road block. Amazon was pulling u wrong bat’s information!!!
