I purchased the custom 2 suit package. I needed one of them for an upcoming funeral and we had a little hiccup with the delivery date. Suhail, being a man of his word, made it right and went well above and beyond my expectations. They even made a small alteration for me to accommodate a medical device I wear on my body.

“I bought a black suit last week from a great sales person named Reina. She was a pleasure to work with and made the experience very nice. I returned today to pick up my suit after it had been hemmed and for some reason the jacket did not fit. I'm unsure as to what had happened however, after talking with the owners Reina made sure to address the situation with a smile and went out of her way to make it right. The male sales person that works with her could use a few lessons on customer service from her. As he tried to interfere with the situation and made it worse for a short time. I have bought several suits here and have never experience this before. Reina is the sales person I will look for from this point on when I am buying a suit.”

“I went looking for jeans and I was advised by an employee that unless it was a return from the website, all jeans are 'regular' length. Aka no tall or short jeans. The employee was kind enough to get a reader to check the jeans I was looking for to see if my size even existed in the store before I sorted through piles of hands. We found A pair! And I was excited and thankful I did not have to dig through shelves and shelves of jeans. Don't be afraid to find an employee!”

“When my son was killed in a car accident in Oct 2020 we lost his Vans hoodie that he lived in too. My son was a huge Vans fan, shoes, hoodies, tshirts, socks, skate board, and he had a 2 ft Vans sticker across the hood of his car. I reached out to a local Facebook group asking if anyone had another hoodie like my sons as it would help me feel connected to my son. Someone that worked at Vans saw my post and talked to his manager, somehow it got all the way to the owner of Vans. Not only did they find a replace hoodie like my sons but they scavenged their inventory to find one for me and each of his brothers, 3 hoodies in total and instead of offering at a discount they gifted them to my family for free, threw in 4 of the 2ft stickers and said we were family for life. This is a large company and by no means had to do this, but they did. In the worst time of my life Vans offered my family comfort. For this kind gesture my whole family will always support Vans!”

“Would not accept my return even though I was in compliance with their return policy.UPDATE 11/01/2023: After emailing their customer service, I was provided a full refund. They said that it is their policy to not accept returns for lip balm. I hope their website and receipts are updated to reflect this as well.”
“Overall my experience was wonderful! Only thing that would have made it better would’ve been more options in styles, particularly raw denim and additional mens 501s. The lack of comprehensive options was more than made up for by genuinely incredible service. Liam greeted me almost immediately and explained the store layout, and Kayla knew everything about styles, washes, and stock. I spent over an hour in store trying on more jeans than I could count. Situations like that are often intimidating for me, but Kayla has a great eye and seemed genuinely happy to help. Truth be told, I was so impressed by the help and service I received that I asked how to complete this survey well before I checked out. Well done on hiring and retaining great people Levi’s.”
“Came in about 15 minutes before close, was touch disappointed to find that 99% of the jeans that I liked they didn't have in Long sizes, asked one of the employees, Joel, if they possibly had some in the back and he went above and beyond to find me a pair that I liked in my size. He was so friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 customer service and kindness, especially so close to closing time.”
