I purchased the custom 2 suit package. I needed one of them for an upcoming funeral and we had a little hiccup with the delivery date. Suhail, being a man of his word, made it right and went well above and beyond my expectations. They even made a small alteration for me to accommodate a medical device I wear on my body.
They went above and beyond in every aspect. I will be a repeat customer.”

“Nice Kohl's store. Good selection. While I don't find pricing as good as it used to be I will pay a small premium to touch what I'm buying. I did specifically find it ridiculous that a shirt I wanted to buy that was on clearance rack was originally priced at $64.50 and clearance price was still up at $42.75. That's hardly clearance pricing. ALL stores need to stop stocking so many smalls in men's sizes, the vast majority of us are no where near a small size. I worked in retail at one time and this has been an issue for decades. How does your data support this buying method when clearance racks are full of mainly small sizes? Smarter buying would help sales.”

“Went to Macy’s today to look for a watch strap and walked through the MAC display on the way and asked the person standing there if they could direct me. They then told me that my eye makeup was on point but could they apply some lipstick for me on the way to the watch straps. Michael Cassidy was their name. Anyways, while applying lip liner and some lipstick, we engaged in some small talk and I mentioned the last time I bought MAC was years ago. Without pressure, I was told the names of the lip liner and lipstick and was told that if I’d like them on the way out to stop by.
I didn’t find a watch strap today, but I stopped back by MAC for that lip liner due to Michael’s amazing, friendly, non pushy sales approach. I appreciated it very much.”
“Don’t know her name but the lady that worked there helped me out so fast. I also asked for some modifications and she just looked at me and said yeah I can fix it. Tried on the suit and she got it perfectly. I give this place 5 stars. Experts in their craft.”
“Love this place for cute, quick and inexpensive gifts. All the employees look very young (to be expected for a store geared towards gen z), but also very well trained and helpful. I’d especially like to call out the girl who helped me, cute thin blonde. Her name started with an S. Maybe Sierra? Skylar? It was a trendy modern name like that. Sienna! I’m glad I remembered because she was a phenomenal help - so incredibly friendly and I could tell she really knew the store and the merchandise. She provided service that was definitely several notches above what you’d expect from a teenager. When I go back, I will look for only her to help me. Wish I knew her schedule.”
“I had such a great experience at Boot Barn on Oracle. The employee Jose was the who helped me he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient and greeted me with a smile right when I walked in. I recently gained some unexpected weight and was unsure of my pant size and instead of trying on different size pants, he suggested what size I would fit into. He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable even though I was dreading going in due to my size. I even bought a new brand of pants that he suggested that was the newest style. It was like having a personal style assistant. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service. Boot Barn is lucky to have an employee like Mr. Rodriquez.I’ll definitely be back!”

“Long time fan of the Banana Republic style. This location was running a great promotion for labor, so we popped in. Found some things we really liked and at a price we loved even more! Staff was helpful. Short wait to get checked out.”
“When my son was killed in a car accident in Oct 2020 we lost his Vans hoodie that he lived in too. My son was a huge Vans fan, shoes, hoodies, tshirts, socks, skate board, and he had a 2 ft Vans sticker across the hood of his car. I reached out to a local Facebook group asking if anyone had another hoodie like my sons as it would help me feel connected to my son. Someone that worked at Vans saw my post and talked to his manager, somehow it got all the way to the owner of Vans. Not only did they find a replace hoodie like my sons but they scavenged their inventory to find one for me and each of his brothers, 3 hoodies in total and instead of offering at a discount they gifted them to my family for free, threw in 4 of the 2ft stickers and said we were family for life. This is a large company and by no means had to do this, but they did. In the worst time of my life Vans offered my family comfort. For this kind gesture my whole family will always support Vans!”

The ladies in the store were very kind in making sure they opened up a larger fitting room for me to fit my stroller, had a bag to hold any items I picked, and even held the door open for me when I left. I was very nervous to be out with a newborn and what may have felt like simple acts to them made a huge difference in my experience today.”
“I JUST HAD THE MOST LIFE ALTERING EXPERIENCE. I genuinely feel like my wardrobe is a new place, that has been filled with jot and glee. Hayden, one of the workers, gave me the most peaceful and life changing shopping experience, where i rediscovered what it means to dress. “Overall my experience was wonderful! Only thing that would have made it better would’ve been more options in styles, particularly raw denim and additional mens 501s. The lack of comprehensive options was more than made up for by genuinely incredible service. Liam greeted me almost immediately and explained the store layout, and Kayla knew everything about styles, washes, and stock. I spent over an hour in store trying on more jeans than I could count. Situations like that are often intimidating for me, but Kayla has a great eye and seemed genuinely happy to help. Truth be told, I was so impressed by the help and service I received that I asked how to complete this survey well before I checked out. Well done on hiring and retaining great people Levi’s.”
“Would not accept my return even though I was in compliance with their return policy.UPDATE 11/01/2023: After emailing their customer service, I was provided a full refund. They said that it is their policy to not accept returns for lip balm. I hope their website and receipts are updated to reflect this as well.”

“I will only shop for pants at this Buckle on Oracle from here on out! I thought about gatekeeping this so listen up! Megan and her attentive staff are on it! I was met at the door with instant relief! As a 5'3 individual, shopping for pants is 100% a nightmare full of anxiety..but not at this store! They hemmed every pant my lil short self desired.. which where several & they found boots for my dress.. ps best place for hard to find pants for super tall ladies too!
