“I have just received the best customer service ever from Serina S. at SunWest. She was attentive and listened to my situation then clarified what I was asking then proceeded to address each one patiently and with sincere empathy. At the end of that process, she asked so nicely if I knew about some products that could maximize my earnings. She then explained in understandable language, all the options. She was able to make fixes in realtime, and ask each time had all my concerns been addressed and fixed. All the issues had been, and more that I had been needing to look into. She is so knowledgeable about SW products and service, but more importantly she is kind and sincere. That just is not the norm now a days. I cannot express how grateful I am that she was there to help me today. What an asset to SunWest Serina S is. “I went to this location several times with a somewhat complicated situation. To my surprise, they were patient and extremely helpful, even when I was not in a good mood. Bianka, Matthew, and another dark haired lady (I didn't catch her name but she was extraordinary) made it so much easier than I expected. What a great team they have at 83rd Ave and Cactus. Go to this branch of US Bank. They are the best.”

“My son's monthly Social Security disability checks are deposited to a debit card with this bank. So I go to the bank once a month and withdraw all the funds because otherwise after the first withdrawal each transaction is .85¢ and I don't like having to pay to get money out of the bank even if it is only .85¢. That's the only banking I do here so my needs are few”
“Last week I had to move some money to another Chase bank in Massachusetts. The amount was (for me) considerable, and I did not know how to proceed.
Catherine Salute took me through each step of the wire transfer and stayed in touch with me until the business was completed. Her assistance was invaluable.

My wife’s father passed away, and we needed to open an estate account, in order to finally release all the funds for the siblings and close his probate after a long lengthy process. We had multiple interactions with Mallerie Sheppard to establish the accounts, help close out her father’s Dormant account, and wire transfers. Every single time we met with her she was Friendly, personable, helpful, and she went out of her way to help us. I want you to know that having hardworking conscientious and personable employees now days isn’t the norm. It’s not as common as it used to be. “I decided today was the day to redeem some savings bonds. I had done this before several years ago and I know it is a tedious process. I went to Kevin at the teller window, and he advised me it would take some time. He let his manager, Juli, know that he might be busy with me for quite a while. Both Juli and Kevin worked together to get them all endorsed properly, scanned the required 2 times, and deposited into my account. Something I thought would take maybe an hour probably only took about 30 minutes. I have been a long time Wells customer, and I really appreciated the time and effort by Juli and Kevin to get this done for me. Thanks!”
