She was attentive and listened to my situation then clarified what I was asking then proceeded to address each one patiently and with sincere empathy. At the end of that process, she asked so nicely if I knew about some products that could maximize my earnings. She then explained in understandable language, all the options. She was able to make fixes in realtime, and ask each time had all my concerns been addressed and fixed. All the issues had been, and more that I had been needing to look into. “I just go there to make cash deposits. The branch itself is good though and offers full service. Opening an account was easy and relatively quick. When I lost my card they were able to provide me with a temporary card until my new one arrived. The staff is friendly, and they allow large withdrawals at the counter desk.”

“My son's monthly Social Security disability checks are deposited to a debit card with this bank. So I go to the bank once a month and withdraw all the funds because otherwise after the first withdrawal each transaction is .85¢ and I don't like having to pay to get money out of the bank even if it is only .85¢. That's the only banking I do here so my needs are few”

“Saturday morning needed to get a notary. Been sitting here 10 minutes. A couple just left who were also waiting for awhile. I was just told it would be awhile but who knows how long it will be. No one has came up and....well just showed customer service. Zach the branch manager came and took care of business”
“We walked into a nearly empty lobby and followed the stickers on the floor indicating the 6ft of social distancing and had masks on. We got service right away and got started with getting a new checking and savings account with Debbie. It took about an hour to get everything set up, but her computer had kicked her out anout 3 times just at the end of all the information so we had to start over each time. Once the computer behaved, we got it all set up and now we have a free checking and savings account with BBVA. It takes a while to get the checks and one pack of just the standard design cost $40.”
“Last week I had to move some money to another Chase bank in Massachusetts. The amount was (for me) considerable, and I did not know how to proceed.
Catherine Salute took me through each step of the wire transfer and stayed in touch with me until the business was completed. Her assistance was invaluable.

My wife’s father passed away, and we needed to open an estate account, in order to finally release all the funds for the siblings and close his probate after a long lengthy process. We had multiple interactions with Mallerie Sheppard to establish the accounts, help close out her father’s Dormant account, and wire transfers. Every single time we met with her she was Friendly, personable, helpful, and she went out of her way to help us. I want you to know that having hardworking conscientious and personable employees now days isn’t the norm. It’s not as common as it used to be. She went above and beyond for us, and I wanted you to know she has amazing character. We appreciated her and would like her to be noticed for this outstanding work.

“I decided today was the day to redeem some savings bonds. I had done this before several years ago and I know it is a tedious process. I went to Kevin at the teller window, and he advised me it would take some time. He let his manager, Juli, know that he might be busy with me for quite a while. Both Juli and Kevin worked together to get them all endorsed properly, scanned the required 2 times, and deposited into my account. Something I thought would take maybe an hour probably only took about 30 minutes. I have been a long time Wells customer, and I really appreciated the time and effort by Juli and Kevin to get this done for me. Thanks!”

Pleasantly greeted and offered assistance as I walked in the door, my transaction was handled most efficiently by an exceptionally nice teller, and I was approached by two staff persons on my way out to ensure I had what I needed.
