“so as many of you know BBVA has changed to PNC Bank and in doing so they changed their app and when that happened a lot of us were lost and confused. just recently in my attempt to navigate the app and pull up some records I made a mistake and I went into this location to be helped by the branch manager Monica Vargas and she sat me down in her office listen to my story proceeded to let me know that she will take care of me and my problem. I don't know that I did the greatest job explaining what I was trying to do but she understood me made the appropriate phone calls and explain to them what I had explained to her. after a brief 3 minute phone call she clicked a couple things on my phone in my app and completely took care of my problem. I felt the biggest relief come off my shoulders and I could not thank her enough. if you currently have a bank or are in search of a bank you should definitely consider PNC Bank and when you do you should definitely go in to this branch and talk to Monica and her staff because if her staff is any reflection of how she is you will not be disappointed one bit.”

My mom went to withdraw some cash. The cashier mentioned that she had never withdrawn that much at one time and asked what she was using it for. She then proceeded to say that there are a lot of scams out there so she wanted to make sure she was safe from that. My mom told her and then she asked a couple of further questions. Some people might say it is none of her business, but I am very grateful that she cares enough about her elderly customers and took the time to ask. She noticed something out of the ordinary and asked! Thank you for taking good care of my parents!”
