I will be transferring my bank from Seattle to this credit union as I find their customer service exceeds much better than sound credit union. Yes, they also offer share thinking again it's a great bank, but it's the agent that really makes the business what it is. I'm very happy to come here. “so as many of you know BBVA has changed to PNC Bank and in doing so they changed their app and when that happened a lot of us were lost and confused. just recently in my attempt to navigate the app and pull up some records I made a mistake and I went into this location to be helped by the branch manager Monica Vargas and she sat me down in her office listen to my story proceeded to let me know that she will take care of me and my problem. I don't know that I did the greatest job explaining what I was trying to do but she understood me made the appropriate phone calls and explain to them what I had explained to her. after a brief 3 minute phone call she clicked a couple things on my phone in my app and completely took care of my problem. I felt the biggest relief come off my shoulders and I could not thank her enough. if you currently have a bank or are in search of a bank you should definitely consider PNC Bank and when you do you should definitely go in to this branch and talk to Monica and her staff because if her staff is any reflection of how she is you will not be disappointed one bit.”

“Nice location. Friendly staff. I came in today to open an account (had to make an appointment due to the rona) and was helped immediately by a banker who was extremely knowledgeable about the products they have to offer and helped me find the right account types to suit my needs. Also helped me link my accts to the online bank app and showed me the options available for safe deposit boxes.Also Did a quick transaction with a teller who was very friendly and knowledgable as well.”
