She was attentive and listened to my situation then clarified what I was asking then proceeded to address each one patiently and with sincere empathy. At the end of that process, she asked so nicely if I knew about some products that could maximize my earnings. She then explained in understandable language, all the options. She was able to make fixes in realtime, and ask each time had all my concerns been addressed and fixed. All the issues had been, and more that I had been needing to look into. She is so knowledgeable about SW products and service, but more importantly she is kind and sincere. That just is not the norm now a days. I cannot express how grateful I am that she was there to help me today. What an asset to SunWest Serina S is. She truly does her job with empathy and respect for the human on the other end of the line. She will always be the reason customers stay and the reason I will recommend Sunwest.”

“I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 20+ years, and last week I bought a boat and decided to go with MidFirst Bank in Peoria, AZ on Lake Pleasant Rd. I met with Kim and worked with both her and Greg and I will tell you it was the best banking experience I have ever had. The people were kind, very helpful, truthful, eager to help me through the whole process. They helped me set up a new account and showed me ways I could save money on my account and my loan. “Went into this branch today because my Son's friend had received his first paycheck from a new employer & was having trouble getting it cashed because it was drawn on a Comerica branch in MI. We started out at my bank & they would not cash it for us, but they did tell us there was a Comerica branch right down the street. When we all walked in we were promptly greeted & assisted, the banker took us over to the video ATM & explained to the attendant (Banker?) our situation & without hesitation or fee he was able to cash his check. Thanks Comerica for such awesome service.”

“My son's monthly Social Security disability checks are deposited to a debit card with this bank. So I go to the bank once a month and withdraw all the funds because otherwise after the first withdrawal each transaction is .85¢ and I don't like having to pay to get money out of the bank even if it is only .85¢. That's the only banking I do here so my needs are few”
“I believe that alot has probably changed since those poor ratings of undeserved one star customers. Let's kick up these 3.5 stars a bit. Anyway, we have been customers of Fry's for several years now so we decided to open an account with USBank for convenience. The team at this branch have been nothing more than exceptional, personable and willing to assist customer service issues without hesitation. As a seasoned Teller myself in my past careers in finance I would like to extend a huge kudos to a specific team member Valerie Pena who was willing to take our cell phone call relayed by our roommate (also a Fry's employee). By nature, she is calming and focused at situations at-hand and JUST BEFORE CLOSE she was there and assisted with an urgent issue transaction concerning a third party in our dealings, ON THE PHONE! Personally I have learned that not only was I teller, but also a troubleshooter, an advisor, a c1 aounselor, psychologist and peace officer to bank customers that I took very seriously. For THAT, this branchs' team deserves 10 stars...and an extended kudos to (just-as-capable) Erin for always having a calming and ready smile!”

“I normally dont do this but i wanted to give some feedback on Jared from the Chase bank location on 9790 W Peoria Ave. Peoria, AZ 85345. My fiancee had my debit card and she was to far for me to meet up with her. I decided to pull out cash at a chase bank. Jared greeted me as soon as i walked in the door and had a big smile. He seemed actually happy to be there. He was incredibly polite and relatable. He seemed generally interested in what i was saying. When i walked out of the location i thought to myself, "what a great kid". It was so refreshing to see someone that enjoyed their work and had a great attitude. I hope this review gets back to him. He needs to know how great of job hes doing and he completely changed my day. Thank you Jared, keep up the good work!”
“Since moving into my home, I receive a fair share of promotions in the mail from exterminators to water treatment services. Rarely do they appeal to me. However, the mailer I received from TCF caught my eye. They offered to give me $200 for simply opening a checking account funded with $25 and then completing a direct deposit of $500 or more within the next 60 days. Its like taking Benjamins from a baby!”
“Second and I hope the last follow up: Well, after one month and a lot of time spent to get this corrected, US Bank offered me a special IRA CD that was acceptable. Still took some time to get it right on their website/porthole, but it did get done! Special thanks to Ralph V. at this US Bank location. Without his efforts and Ralph's involvement with Upper Management in MN, I was prepared to pull the IRA Account and moved to another bank. So I am revising my rating for this US Bank location.
