She was attentive and listened to my situation then clarified what I was asking then proceeded to address each one patiently and with sincere empathy. At the end of that process, she asked so nicely if I knew about some products that could maximize my earnings. She then explained in understandable language, all the options. She was able to make fixes in realtime, and ask each time had all my concerns been addressed and fixed. All the issues had been, and more that I had been needing to look into. Bianka, Matthew, and another dark haired lady (I didn't catch her name but she was extraordinary) made it so much easier than I expected. What a great team they have at 83rd Ave and Cactus. Go to this branch of US Bank. They are the best.”

“My son's monthly Social Security disability checks are deposited to a debit card with this bank. So I go to the bank once a month and withdraw all the funds because otherwise after the first withdrawal each transaction is .85¢ and I don't like having to pay to get money out of the bank even if it is only .85¢. That's the only banking I do here so my needs are few”
“My wife and I needed to open Trust accounts. Marissa politely explained that this type of account requires an appointment and explained the process. She asked if we'd be comfortable providing the trust docs for their legal department to review.
Marissa offered to schedule an appointment and was dismayed that one wasn't available. She offered the appointment and said she would verify and call my wife to confirm. Marissa did all of these things.
Today we had the pleasure of meeting with Ramona Rodriguez. Ramona was polite, personable, professional, and thoroughly explained all matters. Our minor son, also opened teen accounts. Ramona did an exceptional job explaining to him what his accounts are and requirements.
In short, this type of service is rare these days and we're grateful for Marissa and Ramona. Great job, Ladies!”
