“I bought my 2001 Toyota 4Runner a few months ago from RC Auto and couldn’t be happier. From my understanding, they don’t typically take on cars of this age but I was so happy to see this one on their site.
I had been referred to RC Auto from multiple family members and happened to find my ideal car within the right timing. Scott was very honest with me through the entire process and went so far as to show me more affordable options that may come with a smaller risk - the customer service and integrity showed through and through.
Though the car I purchased was not up for warranty due to the age, Scott and Val, the dealership’s mechanic, worked to address an issue I had with the driver’s door window,
as well as providing a complimentary service on a blown fuse I had which caused the radio, clock, etc to go out. I am extremely grateful to the wonderful staff at RC auto - they are truly an upstanding team and you can tell that shortly after speaking with one of their team members. Thank you all, especially to the staff member that took a chance to restore an old 4Runner! You made my dreams come true and I have loved every minute of owning it.”

“I couldn't even begin to tell you guys how satisfied and happy I am with my experience from this Enterprise. I rented a vehicle in Phoenix to go to Ocean Shores, Washington. These guys went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing vacation. My car was clean and in great working order and when I was freaking about needing an extra day all I did was call them and I got it no problem. I am making this Enterprise my main while I live in the valley.
Special shout out to Jalen for getting me that extra day and helped me with the rental initially, and Josh who helped us return our vehicle and gave us a ride home. You guys are such rockstars. I am so pleased with my experience. Thank you again!”

“The only issue was availability from online to in-person.
I had to get a larger more expensive vehicle once I arrived.
The customer service was good in person as well but over the phone for the general number, not location CSR, was not good and the rep hung up on me when I asked for a manager.”
“Owner is professional.He makes you feel comfortable driving his vehicles. Vehicles are well taken care of. Owner is very responsive to vehicle maintenance. Good guy to work with. I was able to keep up with my steady work load by using his vehicles whenever my own was in the shop. The Flexible meet times were very convenient!”

“I made a reservation through Costco. Once I arrived at Avis, I was immediately taken care of. It only took about five minutes to finalize the reservation. The employees were professional and courteous. Nobody tried to sell me extra insurance or anything. The car was supposed to be a regular RAV4 or similar, and I got a relatively new, fully loaded Grand Cherokee hybrid. It was pretty clean. During the rental, a big rock hit the windshield and it needed to be replaced, so I immediately told an employee when I returned the car. He took a picture and said Avis would send me the bill, as stated in the contract. I received it two weeks later, and the cost wasn't excessive ($600). So, a great experience from start to finish! I'll definitely return to this agency for any future rentals. Thank you!”

The branch manager Rudy was so apologetic after a mixed up with getting vehicles out to us on a Sunday. Rudy couldn’t have been cooler about the whole situation. Helped get us going immediately this morning and was super easy to work with. 10/10 will work with them again when we come back in March.”

“It's a little car rental place inside of Hampton Inn. The lady was nice. I was a little disappointed that the electric car we rented was not charged, so we had to charge it before we left.”
“Had a car that was having mechanical issues. I used google maps to find an avis that I could change the car. I called the location and Amber answered. She asked for a quick hold but I told her about the issue and she said come to their location and she would help me. I was in a different car in 3mins time. She went so far above for me. I appreciate you Amber.”
“This location was awesome. Had a reservation, looked online to change it to a day earlier and the price actually went down! The employees were super helpful and they gave me a really nice GMC Terrain AWD which actually came in really handy for unexpected snow on my trip. Will definitely come back and way cheaper than Enterprise.”

“I had goofed and made a reservation at a neighboring car rental agency for the wrong day. They didn't have any cars left on the day we needed it, so we drove over to this AVIS and tried. The gentleman was so nice and accommodating. He had to override a couple things because they cut off walk-in rentals at a certain time on Saturdays and we arrived past that time. He got us the car but then said that the computer kept assigning it as a week-long rental even though we just needed it a couple days. He had to do a little more over-riding to get it where we needed it. Its quite possible he charged us the weekly rate when we drove off with the car. However, there was a little bit refunded when we returned it, so I think it eventually evened out. The guy working that day saved my behind because all rental places close early on Saturday and we didn't have time to try out another place if AVIS didn't have anything for us. I'm so grateful for this location pulling through.”
