“I was so glad I disregarded other "reviews" and worked with this amazing team to get my CPAP equipment! Everyone in the building was a busy bee, but all tried to help. Colleen was non-stop on the phone and her fingers working away on the keyboard, John was such a friendly face when I came in, Chad put me at ease, Steve made sure my doctor's office sent what was needed for my orders and there were other gentleman coming in and out from the back who were polite and all made sure I was being helped when I came in for my appointment. I think the only thing that could have made it better is if they had a little more help, everyone looked super busy and well... more hands makes work easier!”

“Both my Mom and I came here for our sleep apnea supplies. Everybody was nice, and took the time to explain the new equipment. Keri even had my mom operate everything on the machine just to make sure she knew how. Very thorough.”
“I took my oxygen concentrator in to be checked due to a yellow light. I spoke with Leo he checked the machine and told me of a few possible problems that could cause the low oxygen issue. He said he would watch it and check it out for me. Leo called the following day and told me it was running fine so Leo asked a few more questions and we came to the conclusion that I had it plugged into a multi plug extention cord. Thank you Leo for the outstanding customer service. I will be back for future oxygen equipment.”
