“wow this place is amazing i honestly didnt expect to find this kind of energy in a small town hardware store. the staff actually know what theyre talking about and they dont just point you to an aisle they walk you over and explain stuff. i needed some weird specialized part for my sprinkler and the guy spent 10 minutes digging through drawers to find something that would work. prices were fair too i didnt feel like i was getting ripped off which happens a lot at the big box stores. the whole place is clean and organized but in a way that feels honest not like a showroom. i will definitely drive the extra 20 minutes to come here next time.”

“I purchased a part fro my washer today from Hunter at your Appliance Parts Co. store located at 1595 N. 113th Ave 85392.
Hunter made sure I purchased the correct part and also helped me find another part I needed that was no longer available by finding one on ebay.
I have very seldom gotten this great of service. Hunter was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, communicated well, and all with a great smile.

“In the process of replacing the pull out spray hose on my Blanco kitchen faucet, I needed to replace the fiber washer seal at the connection under the sink. After stopping at a number of places to locate the needed part, Paul at Standard Plumbing Supply in Peoria, was extremely helpful yesterday working through my problem. They were out of stock on the actual item I needed but he came up with an alternative solution using a thick rubber washer which solved my problem. None of the other 3 or 4 places I had stopped at offered any potential solutions. The part was only a 50 cent item but Paul's dedication to helping me was priceless.”

“I went there the other day because I was having difficulty finding the parts needed to replace or repair the valves in an old condo a couple of miles away. I went to them because I thought that they'd be familiar with the old style valves. I walked in but I had no luck finding out the manufacturer of the valve body that the condo has in it. The amazing person behind the counter came out to offer assistance and I explained the situation to him and he didn't even hesitate to walk back and get something and then returned and said try these seals to solve your problem. I asked him how much do I owe you and he replied nothing it's on me. I have been to several places before going there nobody could help me except for the man at the Van Marke plumbing. I went back to the condo and put the seals in the valves and it fixed the problem. I was so relieved and happy that I finally got it fixed. Thanks to Van Marke plumbing. Wonderful people who work in that store. Great ,helpful for others to get what they need and great customer service skills. I will always go back when I'm needing plumbing parts and in the area. Awesome place and awesome people. I give them 2 thumbs up and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing parts.”

“I was asked if I needed help from Ryan with the Pro Desk , I showed him what I was looking for to help keep my cover on my pickup during windy weather. He explained that the clips I needed were only available on line.
Then he asked me if I had running boards on the truck? Yes I do I told him. He proceeded to sell clamps that ratchet.

“My husband and I recently decided to repaint our living room, and finding the right color was not easy. The moment I walked into Dunn Edwards, Angelina helped me right away. She took the time to look through colors with me and helped me pick out countless samples. Each time I came back, she was there guiding me and helping me narrow down what I was looking for.
The other day I finally found a color I liked, but I needed it a little darker. Angelina immediately said, “We can make your paint however you want,” and helped me adjust it until it was exactly what I had in mind.

Jonas, in the garden center helped me completely design my gardening bed, from picking the right plants to grow together, to knowing the amount of lighting they need based on where I plant them, as well as teaching me what to expect after they are planted including how to properly trim them and care for them. Every time I come to the garden center, he shares his knowledge about plants, and is so friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about his work.
