“Christina and the crew at Ken's Auto repair saved me THOUSANDS! Larry Miller Toyota told me they needed to remove my dashboard to replace blend doors to fix my AC problem. They quoted me $4800. I was devastated!!! A friend told me about Ken's Auto repair, I asked them for a second opinion. They fixed the problem that afternoon and it didn't require removing my dashboard or paying thousands. My only regret was not coming sooner. I spent this pass summer with crappy AC because I didn't want my dashboard removed and to become broke.”

Both times they got me in right away, but both times took over 90 minutes. That seems like a very long time when you consider so many places are doing it in far less time.”
“I've been a customer for 12 years, recently with my 5th new Mustang. Customer service at the service department was always professional, welcoming, informative, and on-time service. Never had an issue with any of the service representatives, they don't push for unnecessary services. All the maintenance services were accurate and on time. They inform you about things that should be done, then upon your consent, they proceed.On my last visit, Mike G. the service manager arranged my new car's window tinting for the very next day, and also a rental car so I could leave my car overnight and go to work. I went to three shops to get a simple oil change and everybody turned me away because I needed a new panel or a plug and the members of this Jiffy Lube location off the 101 and Olive were able to take off the panel and the plug and complete a service of an oil change. I really really appreciate your hard work. They were determined to get me an oil change and they did it on top of it the manager there Very nice. Very appreciated. I will be coming back.”
“I had a problem with stuck oil tank nut been over tight, I drove over asking the mechanic to help me loose it then company standard tighten for safety, I then drove home to change the engine oil myself which I love to do. They were more than happy to help with 100%+ customer service and care. I was overwhelmed by the kindness.
After my successful attempt to change oil came attempting to change my oil filter, it was over tightened too. Tried all I can but couldn't teque it a bit. So I drove to same Valvoline and explaibed the situation, they remembered me from the previous day and changed my oil filter since I had the new filter already. Incredible people.
I asked other locan repair shops they all refused to offer help given option to do full service including own oil, going for full sale, but Valvoline are the sweetest of all. They did not charge a cent but supported my project. I love you Valvoline and staff.
Valvoline will be my number one to go to for any issue going forward. Ofcourse I will pay for those services lol.”

“Came here a long time ago to have some work done so I decided to go back I needed just an alignment but saw that they did other services. So they gave me a good price and then they went beyond that and showed me some other things that were happening to my car, which I knew were true cause I had the dealer tell me the same thing and a Mobile Mechanic, but I like that they were honest and showed me what was happening underneath the car And they didn’t push me to do the other work. You know they were honest with what the cost were and what I was looking at, so I appreciate them very much. I’m very happy with my car. !”
“Walmart is my favourite place but no staff on the floor when you need them desprately...its based on self help most of the time. Other than that staff could be intemidating when they check,on you at till point..,could be more descrite as to not to offend you.”
