“Recently moved from Glendale to Sun City. I had this great mechanic in Phoenix I've been using for 20+ years but now he's just too far, so I thought I'd give these guys a try. It was a great decision and their Google rating is accurate. So far they've worked on 3 of my vehicles and I am very satisfied with the results; friendly, very communicative, honest. I hate to let the old guy go but these guys have done everything necessary to win my business.”

“I was made to wait 1/1/2 and my car still sat in the parking lot. Arrived at 1:10 for a 1:00 appt., left at 2:30 without my car being seen. I don't know if this has happened to other customers or I was discriminated against for some reason but I consider it a disregard for a customer. In my opinion Brakes Plus sucks. This happened at the brakes plus on Dysart by Walmart. You need to respect your customers. I'd rather pay than wait in limbo.”

They went an extra mile or two to isolate the problem and even though all components checked out OK, their diligence corrected the problem, and they only charged the inspection fee. They also provided a comprehensive vehicle inspection update. I'll take my vehicles there again.”
