Was attended right away by Claudio told me everything I needed to know upfront, handed him the keys and went about my morning shopping the store. 30 mins later I'm notified its ready for pickup, before coming in I was expecting to wait an hour atleast!”

What impressed me most wasn’t simply the work that needed to be done—it was the integrity, care, and genuine pride Ira took in making sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. He went far beyond what I expected!
I was also dealing with an A/C issue that another shop had completely botched. It wasn’t Brakes Plus’s problem to fix, but Ira took the time to figure out what had gone wrong and correct someone else’s work! He didn’t have to go that extra mile—he chose to.
