I know that anyone I send to the store will be treated fairly and given the same experience we have come to expect. In the wild times we've experienced in the last few years, the one thing that has remained consistent is the sales team at Best Home. When Subzero's were 12 months plus out from delivery, they were able to navigate that challenge and deliver. Other stores will make promises and offer flashy sales gimmicks, but at the end of the day customers want value and good customer service.”

“Justin & Victoria are super friendly greet you when you walk In the door , they let you look offer help they don’t pester you right away they answered all our questions! Came in for a stove left with three more things!!!! the process is super easy paper work wise! The only bummer was the bed was at a different location they don’t ship store to store! Was the only downside! But over all everything went smooth!”
“I took my sewing machine in about a month ago. He said it would be two weeks and it was two weeks. Got it back and it runs perfect, also, it was totally detail clean. So impressed that I took them my mom‘s vacuum cleaner, Electrolux, it wasn’t broken, but he gave it a tuneup and oil and again, detail cleaning. My mom couldn’t get over how clean it was. Great work, amazing service service. I totally recommend this place to Everyone!”

It was an impressive store but easy to get overwhelmed if not helped out when you start going there.
I’m new to learning to quilt and their shop is impressive in size and amount of stuff they have but I wondered around for awhile lost. I saw employees talking with each other but not one person came up to me and asked if I needed help. I was one of the few people shopping in the store.
I bought a little fabric and tried to engage woman cutting fabric in conversation on how I was new and she never said anything to me but carried on her conversation with co workers.
I felt invisible there. I’ve visited a smaller store and gotten questions answered.
It’s a shame if it’s not bringing and helping new customers”
“Bought a new champion swamp cooler earlier this summer and found that the pads are only held in by three thin pieces of metal which don’t actually work. Found this site and they are the only place I found that carries the traditional pad retainers. Ordered over the weekend and came extremely fast and work great!”
“Bought a stainless steel grill as was recommended 3 years ago, and the piece of junk $3k worth warped. I never forgot or left the grill on burning for hours. The tray that holds the clay bricks falls on the burners, called BBQ, galore was told stainless does that . I wanted to update my review. Chris, the store manager, reached out and sent a repair man to fix the grill. Antonio was able to fix the issue, and I am back in business. Antonio stated that in all his years working, he had never seen a grill warp like mine. Thank you”

“I had such a great experience, I had to leave a review. Sometimes you enter home improvement stores and the staff seem like they are avoiding eye contact at all costs. Today, everyone at this Home Depot was very helpful, courteous and smiled. It made all the difference. It wasn't an off-handed "find everything you need?" as they are passing by giving every indication that they hope to god the answer is yes. Today, they were genuinely asking how they could assist. Really appreciate it. I am not sure if there is new management, or a new Customer Experience training, but whatever it is, keep it up!”

“I love this Home Depot! I come here more than I need to just bc I like being here. I love their garden dept and their selection of bird feeders and planters and indoor plants as well. The only thing I'd change is the lighting section, to make all the bulbs constant and not flashing. It nearly gave me a seizure in that section w different hues of lights and flashing ones too. Otherwise it's a great place! Much calmer than their competitor store on the north side of town.”
