Amongst all these beauties, I found a diamond in the rough. Franklin Off-Set smoker. I'm not sure how many of you know what that is, but this is how real BBQ is made.. Brisket, ribs, pork butt, chicken, you name it, this is what gets you that authentic BBQ taste that you're craving. This is a perfect backyard, NECESSITY, not accessory. You will wow your neighbors, family, and new friends. Go ask to see this specific smoker. You will fall in love with it. Don't forget to bring several buddies with you to help you load... It's got some weight to it. This is quality at its finest.”

I have an opinion of what attracts customers: the environment, staff, and type of interactions a business should promote to maintain positive customer relationships. I am leaving my highest rating for the Mulqueen Tempe location. Brian, Janet, Maddie, and Darren work to create a unique environment for their customers. The environment is clean, well-lit, and welcoming. This is important to me as a customer. When I walk in the door, the business is not chaotic or intimidating; it is relaxing and invites you to explore. The classes offered at Mulqueen Tempe are what originally drew me into the store, along with the wide-range of Brother sewing and embroidery machines. At Mulqueen Tempe you will find very reasonably priced classes taught by the top industry teachers that have thousands of YouTube followers. These classes are cutting edge, and to substantiate this, the classes provided include use of a Brother Luminaire sewing and embroidery machine for participants. Supplies are provided, and for all-day classes, lunch is included. Prices are very reasonable considering all of these details. Staff: Janet is an expert quilter, and her superior knowledge of products, color, and materials is impressive. She helps customers understand tools, interface, thread, and fabric types. What is great about Janet is that she waits for you to ask a question, never assuming you don't know what you're doing. She gives you the room to learn, gently steering you in the right direction. Brian is a positive, helpful manager. He helped me find just the right machine for my goals. He is always kind, calm and busy when you walk into the store, without a hint of chaos. Like Janet, Brian's energy promotes a good environment for the customer. He also knows a lot about the machines the store sells. This is important to me as a customer. Everyone wants to shop at a place that provides a good experience. It is about connecting to a place and time that will bring a customer back. Trust me, this is an expensive hobby, so you want customers that can afford to participate to come back, not find an online equivalent. Brian, Janet, Maddie, and Darren work to make the shopping and learning experience a good one. I have chosen to leave a top review for Mulqueen Tempe instead of leaving a poor review for Mulqueen Mesa. Although Nancy in the fabric section is a delight, I still cannot recommend Mulqueen Mesa due to the chaotic environment that I find stressful and unfriendly. I will not elaborate except to say that not all Mulqueen locations are equal. Do not miss Mulqueen Tempe just because you were turned off by a different location. Go to the Tempe location. Enjoy a class. Meet the staff. I think you'll be pleased, and probably, go back again.”

“Great store for your home service parts like repairing a toilet, which was my case. I went to Lowe's first but I was recommended to come here for the broken washer of my toilet. Make sure you take pictures of the parts you need and get the brand of your appliances. Instead of replacing the whole thing, with only $25 I resolved the issue. Good customer service as well!”

“This is the Home Depot closest to where I live. We always come here for any home projects or just to pick up replacement parts. 1) Our home has lots of different light bulbs and we are able to find all the kinds (even the under the kitchen counter light bulbs that I have never seen anywhere else before)2) Love the once a month free kid workshop they have on Saturday! Great fun for all ages and helps them to learn to assemble with basic tools!3) Had to replace all the bathroom tiles as a result of replacing entire sewage line. After going to several tile stores with crazy prices ($$$$), realized Home Depot has tiles that doesn't need ordering and can get enough to retile bathroom floor for much less ($)4) I agree that sometimes it is hard to get someone to help you (requires walking around asking) but once I find someone, they are usually very helpful. More than once, if I bring the broken part, they are even willing to open the package to let me make sure it is the right part.All in all, I think this location is pretty awesome!”

“If you need help with your kitchen Elizabeth, kitchen designer, at Home Depot is definitely the way to go! She is very knowledgeable about many topics related to the kitchen including ways to get around unfortunate events that come up with your kitchen such as a kitchen island. Elizabeth has many talents when it comes to kitchen designing. She is fast, efficient, and accurate with her design. Elizabeth helped me color match my kitchen island cabinets and style to the rest of my kitchen after a leak caused major damage to my kitchen island. Her recommendations and design ideas were spot on for my kitchen island to help make it look as though it was not an afterthought. The first day I met with Elizabeth she knew exactly what to do to help bring my island back to the standard it was before the leak. She got the process started immediately using the measurements for my kitchen island. Elizabeth designed a kitchen island, created a power point, and gave estimates for kitchen granite countertop and cabinets. She set up measurement appointments and worked with the Home Depot installers communicating the needed information to get my kitchen island back up and running as soon as possible. Elizabeth is an asset to Home Depot and definitely the designer you want to work with. She is highly efficient at her job, communicates well with her co-workers and customers.”
