PNC Bank offers a range of products, services, and digital solutions to help customers manage their finances. One customer reported an initial concern about a withdrawal being short, but later clarified the issue was resolved and apologized. The bank has locations converted from BBVA following a merger. At one such location on 40th Street and McDowell, the bank has installed security walls of glass or plastic between the waiting area and the teller counters. This security measure gives some customers the impression of being in a bad part of town and fosters a feeling that the bank does not trust the citizens in the area. Customers describe the feeling as similar to visiting a prison, which they find sad and disheartening. However, they consistently note that the employees at this branch are wonderful, kind, and helpful despite the unwelcoming atmosphere created by the physical environment.
This bank just shorted me out of $100. I withdrew $520 and took it home to pay my Landlord and he said he got $880 and I had withdrawn the other 500 from my credit union. That dude had to have shorted me. Relatively young guy in glasses named Eric I believe. Update: I apologize PNC,I was wrong,I found out I wasn't shorted.

Went from BBVA to PNC. the last couple of times I’ve gone after the PNC switch I’m never able to deposit cash through the drive thru. It’s very frustrating because I don’t have time during bank hours to go and deposit with an actual person.

Friendly enough at this location. But, I find it odd that none of their branches near me are open Saturdays. I recommend a solid larger branched bank or credit union.
