Best Buy is a store with decent prices on stuff, where it can be good to check for yourself. Customer experiences vary. Some associates are extremely helpful, understanding, and dedicated to providing great customer support, which can significantly improve a frustrating situation. However, other associates may not be as knowledgeable or helpful, sometimes giving incorrect information about policies, accounts, or product availability. There can be frustrations with services like curbside pickup, including long waits and difficulties contacting the store directly. While the store usually has good sales, caution is advised with open-box items like game consoles, as they may have issues. If one consultant is unhelpful, trying another often yields better results, as a different associate can definitely help and organize things in the best possible way.
The staff associates are well informed and are very willing to help.

Ryan with Geek Squad was incredibly helpful and friendly, not to mention very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with my issue, and my phone was returned to me much sooner in much better condition than it came in. Outstanding employee, Thanks Ryan!
