Opened 45 minutes late. Poor customer service, tried to overcharge me. Never going back!

How am I supposed to pay my bill when they are closed way before time they need to update the time. And put at 4:40 or get people that want to work gonna end up changing phone carriers.

I went for an Upgrade from my old device and the employee there she was very courteous and helpful on answering questions I had regarding my device and plan.
