“I did a puppy yoga class here. ❤️ I couldnt focus on the yoga tho. I love that they take care of mom's and their pups. I've never seen a shelter with this specialty. Another, next level, cool thing, is that the pizza place next to them donates and gives a percentage to the shelter. Sometimes you can find a play area for the pups on the patio at the pizza place. What a great collabo idea!”
“The growth and understanding of how to strategize and scale my retail business that I have gained over the past year through We Rise and the Retail Boot Camp is staggering. I’ve learned different ways to think about how customers experience my products, and consequently feel like I have a better grasp on how to strategize moving forward.”
“A club of Mexican American and Latino veterans that serves as a recreation and meeting center, coexistence for them and their families, I really congratulate you”
“I took my cat in to be spade, and they were very kind with her and me! I was so nervous dropping off one of my fur family members, but they treated me with respect and told me everything that was going to happen. Her surgery went really well, and she healed quickly. And the price is right! I HIGHLY recommend.”
““‘Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil”
Thank you Crossroads for accepting and helping my brother get back to being who God created him to be. Day 1. I love you brother. ~ Dani”
“I went to Kitten Yoga at Heidi’s Village today and it was an incredible experience! The staff were kind, friendly, and super engaged. A great way to reach the community for a good cause. I hope there are more Kitten Yoga events in the future! I will be the first to sign up!”
“I was referred by my aunt. Honestly a very involved but thorough process. Very straight forward. Also one of the biggest things is knowing my funding is ready once I’ve completed the steps is relieving.”
“I was greeted by a really kind woman at the front desk, she gave me a tour of the building and shared with me what services they provided for the woman. I was there to donate clothes. Donated hours on the website are not correct, end time is at 3pm not 4 pm. First time I showed put at 4pm and it was closed and the poster above the door said 3pm.”
“Thank you, thank you, thank you! This place is truly a Godsend and my family and I are eternally grateful for your kindness. I never understood how incredible Ronald McDonald Houses are for the community...until we needed one. I wish I could give you 10 stars! ? THANK YOU!”
“New Pathways is a fantastic program for youth and a phenomenal way to get involved as a mentor! I’ve been a mentor for almost 3 years and can’t sing their praises enough.”
“This place is great if you're over 55 and experiencing homelessness. Everyone is friendly nobody judges anyone because we're all in the same boat. They have basic services. Help finding housing basic medical showers and a meal everyday .”

“Phoenix Rescue Mission donation center is above and beyond what I expected, I contacted Jonathan and told him I was moving into my apartment on the following Monday. Jonathan had me come down on Friday to see what was available for furniture. I picked out a couch and entertainment center and coffee table and area rug share that match the sofa a very large table bed and dresser. Jon assisted me with filling out the information of my new address which is in Mesa. I moved into my apartment on a Monday and Tuesday Jonathan delivered all my furniture to my apartment. My entire apartment is furnished by Phoenix Rescue Mission. They went above and beyond anything I expected”

“Non profit company with a great mission to help advance medical education and research. The company strives to create and promote a great culture with a focus on teamwork and mutual respect. Great companies survive serious threats and challenges such as the covid pandemic, and UTN cetainly did with the teamwork and dedication shown by its employees and leadership. The atmosphere can be stressful, but also fun. Families and donors are treated with respect and gratitude for the gift they have given.”
“My investments sat stagnant for years until The Esparza Group took over for me. I am shocked at how much they have grown my $$ in just over a year. Great group, super responsive and fun to be with! A+”
“Mom's pantry was pretty great. You stand in a short line to get in the door, with the staff smiling and peppy with waters at the ready. Once you get inside there's another short line before you meet with a staff member at a table. They grab only your ID, input your information in the system (if it's your first time you give them a form you got while standing in line containing very basic info for you and everyone in your household) and then you pick a few items from their specialty lists taped to the table, even a selection for an infant and a cat/dog if you have any. Before long a staff member rolls a cart out of the back with those specialty items and other stuff they randomly pick for you. I found canned goods of course, along with a meat, bread, rice, beans, milk, pasta, and donuts. It was not a bad catch. It was all a quick, easy, and pleasurable experience in a time of need. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”
“Best part of February is when I get to go and purchase books. It’s easy here to find what your looking for and just as easy to take home a bag or two full of books. I would suggest making a list of books you want before going to help keep your goal books you want. Also have flexibility because sometimes a book just seem to pick you sometimes. Great people there to help you along the way if you need help or just want to talk about books that might also interest you. I will say reading others peoples take on books I would not normally get got me to step out of my normal. Your first time going make sure you have good shoes and be in comfy outfit and being a bag or to that can hold the book that chose to come home with you”
“I love the 3000 Club, the produce they have is amazing and fresh, the helpers are 100% awesome and friendly. If you haven't been there yet, I totally recommend that you definitely go. You won't regret it.”
“Very good organization. Provides lots of support for both patients and caregivers as well as many different Support groups facilitated by a trained professional. Highly recommended”
“Anyone who owns a home should have Habitat for Humanity ReStore on their Rolodex. It’s better to help someone in the community who may be in need of what you may be about to discard (if it’s in working order) rather than just throwing it away or waiting for trash collectors to pick it up off the curb and worse, sitting in your yard or garage being useless. You just might get a tax deduction out of it to boot! ReStore has been building homes, improved homes, and assisted Arizonans in need since 1985, and they need our help. If it’s a useful household product or tool, but not for you, this is the place to take it. You’ll be happy you did.”
“Today I had the honor and privilege to volunteer/participate in preparing groceries for the beautiful families in the community.
The team onsite worked harmoniously and with true heart felt compassion to make sure the families they supported got what they needed and were treated with care, love, dignity and respect.
I am so grateful that I found them. There is power in numbers. The families may have left with items they needed but I also left with something. Helping others navigate challenging times is truly food for the soul. It is nourishment that can’t be bought. Giving of your most valuable commodity (time) it’s a powerful uplifting soul soothing gift that is available to anyone who looks for a need to fill.
Thank you to this amazing team! I may not have much but I have time to help others. I’ll be back.”
“I went there to get Narcan. They give it for free and it can save a life. Many public libraries now give it out for free. They were so helpful and kind. It's also an amazing library in all regards.”
“What a great place this is to have a group gathering. Our group of 22 had a wonderful breakfast today. Kody, Laura and the gentleman behind the bar provided OUTSTANDING service, good food and were most welcoming. Thank you!”
“Great little thrift store with a rotating variety of items. I've found multiple incredible values here. Plus unlike Goodwill, this store isn't paying executives six figure salaries and the money's actually going towards good causes.”
“Great bunch of Veterans & families. Staff very courteous & helpful. Went for T-Bone Friday. It was MASSIVE & DELICIOUS! Thanks to ALL the staff that worked event.”
“This place does an amazing job- really helping out the homeless with food & water, clothing and obtaining a government phone. During the peak hours of the summer when it's really hot, they let you stay inside Andre's house to cool off. Of course it's been known to be dangerous. There's a lot of desperate people seeking help a lot of hurt. We are at the end of times.... The devil's playground.”
“This community center is REALLY NICE!! I had a tour from one the front guys there who was so pleasant!! Young guy, well educated with great personality. I wish I remember his name, tall, blond young guy, who is doing a great job!! I love this community center!! and i highly recommend it!!”

“This is a great place to come and have a meal when you need help out of a tight situation. Food is hot and plentiful. The volunteers are loving and kind. Whether you come here to eat or you come here to volunteer, it's a great place to be anytime of the year.”
“Five stars isn't enough!! The resources and support this organization offers to families of a child with cancer is outstanding. From Comfy Cozy shirts to make port access more easy, events, activities, financial support, and so much more. I share their name with family and friends often because of their care, love and dedication. Our family can't thank you enough. One day when our daughter is cured we look forward to helping others through your organization. Thank you!!!!!”
“Great company! We've seen the artwork they're currently working on and love the local ties with Cory Miller. What other company gives away skateboards to inner city kids? Great Job Skate Forty8!”
“Took an orphaned bird there on Friday. Found him on Thursday, took care of him til I could take him to Liberty on Friday. Amazing staff. Thank you again Megan and Belinda! I know "Moose" is going to be fine.”
