I personally work in hospitality/sales/customer service, and if I had to guess, Trace probably does not know who I, or a lot of the other guests he helps, are, BUT I want him to know that he is extremely important and a special part of my experience each time I come to the Ahwatukee Best Buy— and I almost guarantee a lot of the other customers who shop here feel the same way about him.

He is THE GUY at a store that you walk away from saying, “Woah, that was exceptional!! I will always go back to that store and tell my friends about him!”.
