Since they not only save my Laptop recently but previuosly they were able to save and recover 100% information of my 4 TB external Hard drive were I basically have all my lifes work from the past 30 Years. Joseph on the front desk is always welcoming and explain everything very clear on the steps they will take, and Gale was the one taking care of my laptop, and did a phenomenal JOb performing a deep Phisical clean-up, Reapply Thermal paste and finding oout that my battery was bad; Replaced it in less than a day and having it ready super fast! From Now on this is my IT place to go for anything related to electronics, SO THANK YOU !!!!!”

“Me and my bf went to this location to buy an ASUS vivobook laptop "open boxed"(really in a brown generic cardboard box with handle) which i thought was a bargain for such a nice laptop. Only negative is waiting on someone with the cage-unlock key to open the locker up and grab the laptop for you because of organized retail theft animals. I think the keys to unlock the cages should be carried on everyone who works there, as well as better communication between employees so we won't wait as long, as well as employee call buttons for immediate assistance like target has. I understand if they were going through some issues if they just reopened as an outlet as I remember this place being a full best buy store years ago.”
