“I gotten two things from this company and I have experienced great service. I did have that issue with the password firewall but I was able to get it fix while the guy was on a vacation. I don’t know what things are like now but I was happy back then. Now I can’t get in touch with them”

“My family found The Apple Xchange via a quick google search. A family member then contacted and spoke with a gentleman whom was both helpful and knowledgeable. Parking is ample and not a problem finding the store in Tempe. Upon entering the layout is impressive. Well thought out, attention to every detail. To be honest I feel a bit Gandalf and in The Shire when at Apple Xchange- it is a pleasant, welcoming place.
Every one of the members running this particular store are more than helpful with services in shop. I had some freak issue with a iPhone- crap happens. Not only did the Xchange Team do their best to figure out the issue, the problem was avoided and resolved without a scratch.
As a near lifelong Apple products user, the team and offered hardware at Apple Xchange definitely will be joyful to continue working with the gentleman here at the Tempe location.
