There is little variety of articles specifically talking about telephones, and the staff are some very qualified in customer service and others are at the bottom, you have to be uniform in the training of the staff.

I am dumbfounded as to why I ever switched away from Cricket. I was changing my plan back to their service, and the customer service was insane. Especially the manager of this location, Jimmy. He absolutely saved me so much pain with his help, and saved me so much money on my plan. Jimmy is a champion to say the least.
