Breyers Chocolate Ice Cream carton purchased on Valentine's Day only to be opened at home and shocked to see shrunken about an inch on re-frozen from having been melted ,with discoloration and crystalization inside top.Clearly melted and re-frozen.

The store management does nothing to maintain the grounds around this store. The sidewalk and parking lot are always covered in trash. It is an eyesore in the neighborhood.
